The electric zoo music festival will cost me nearly $150 to go just one of the days. I would go solo.

Is it a good place to pick up chicks? Or would I be better off spending the money on Lounges/Nightclubs?

Now, I've never been. But I'm going to say a festival like this will present a lot of opportunity to get laid, because I fuck girls from these types of atmosphere's all the time.

Still, I wouldn't expect it to be too easy, since a lot of girls there will probably be with friends considering it is labor day. Tons of cockblocking potential. Also, guys like electronic just as much as women do, so there will be tons of sausage potential. I would say, make sure you have some weed, make sure you can pull them to a hotel or apt nearby, and make sure you can dance.

I looked at pictures from past years and it looks like many more men than women. Not good. It may not be worth the money. I think I have to find music festivals with other genres of music.

This is the key. This is the reason I've gotten a lot of makeouts at festivals but never a bang.

Logistics get in the way all the time, girls are uneasy about leaving the area and losing their friends, etc.

I'd say go for it if you can both enjoy the music and try to pull. If it's only the latter, that's a pretty hefty cover to do what you can do pretty much anywhere.

As long as you have hotel/logistics down you can pull relatively easily there, I mean it's NYC.

Usually edm festivals are but not zoo. Ultra in Miami and edc in vegas are amazing for swooping lizards but zoo isn't, too many ripped guidos from NYC and jersey. I've been to all 3 and zoo was the only one I didn't pull at. Prepare to see a lot and I mean a lot of shirtless roid monkeys at zoo. It's almost a running joke. Good luck though and have fun

Samseau I'm a somewhat experienced raver/festival go-er and while the girls who attend these events are usually very extroverted, very DTF, and often times love to drink and do drugs, I don't think events themselves lend themselves to lots of cold lays.

They can be good for laying groundwork or having a "festival girlfriend" depending on your area and your scene but it's not a place I would expect one night stands from.

I've made out with over 50 girls at these events over the years. Maybe closer to 100. Shit there was a festival by my pad on Sunday and I made out with some chick 6ft tall model looking light skin chick but fucked up the follow up (different story). Anyways my point is the fun in the sun and the loud music often translates to makeouts but rarely to sex. Logistics aren't going to be tight unless you're at a campground festival or you're both staying at hotels or the stars align. Typically people drive to an event in a big group of friends and leave immediately after with the same people.

Number two, when I'm that fucked up, I'm too busy having fun to actually have sex. There's too much going on for me to have the focus/clarity of mind to actually make sure I isolate and escalate for a quick bang. Typically I'm drunk and on other substances, I'm in an awesome outfit or rocking my bod, I'm having a blast, zero inhibition, dancing, and there's so many different options I get sidetracked.

For example on Sunday I was drunk as hell, meet one chick and get drinks with her. Slap her ass and try to kiss her and she pushes back but still offers me her number. Cool. I eject and go dancing alone, run into a hottie on the dancefloor, pull her aside and make out, she wants to go back to her friends and I say I'll meet her after I grab a drink. We exchange numbers and part ways. I go to get a drink and on the way see an old acquaintance. She's with 2 girls 1 average and 1 hot. We're all chillin. Me and the girls hit it off and I now have a chick on each arm while I go to get drinks. Confidence sky high. After we grab drinks we end up going to another stage. Oh shit the girl I made out with before is there. I go up to talk to her and she blows me off for some reason (she saw me with the other chicks?).

So much going on, so many paths, so much stimulation, and so much drugs/alcohol that I failed to actually commit to one solid goal. Sad thing is I forgot to get the digits of the other hottie that was feeling me.

So many different events I've been to and literally had choice of women and failed to seal the deal. Also even the couple times I maybe coulda had sex it's so hard to find a spot to fuck unless you're on some straight up ratchet shit. I've seen a dude fucking a chick on the floor of a rave... I'm not trying to be that guy at 26 years old. Maybe when I was 19.

Also if I was on molly or coke it might be hard to get a stiffy with so much going on too.

Anyway that's my take on festivals/raves.

Lalapalooza is hitting my town for the next few days. Just get a good hotel off Michigan ave and you're golden. Hell someone with even decent skills could break that 24hr bang count record. Who knows?
