I would choose my own route and sink or swim by it, but this behaviour has me a little perplexed so seeking opinion.

Have tried Tinder and mailed all matches above about 7.3. They all seem like fairly nice girls bar one who seems to have high opinions of herself, about an 8 (with makeup) and dresses well. Her profile has an aggressive air in which she lists the qualities she is seeking. One of the characteristics is spontaneity. So I send a jokey message saying that I think I fit all her criteria except spontaneity but that I'll make up for that by having our second date in a country I am going to soon anyway . She says 'OK'. Then I make a comment about something she has in her profile. She replies saying this isn't an interview for a date and that she's not going to discuss this on Tinder.

The way I am reading this is that she is trying to shit test me, to see if I will conquer her tests or shrink away.

What do you read in between the lines here, RVFers?

IMO she sounds like a stupid bitch and I would place it in the too hard basket and pursue others.
BUT I hate tinder, so have a negative bias.

"Her profile has an aggressive air" I can't stand those. It's a gross attitude.

"She says 'OK'. I'd move on, it takes two to have a conversation.

What's disappointing is you are in EE (based on your avatar flag) and the girl has an aggressive air, like some Western cunt. I guess since Tinder (and probably an iPhone) are involved, I should not be surprised. Where exactly is she?

Don't be so jokey with her - she's already demonstrated she's got cunty proclivities, so just set it up, meet and go from there. Anything else and you're only pedestalizing her while she's still rummaging through the candy store.

You gave her validation when you could've broke the ice with something else in her profile that she's looking for.

Unless you've got a slick line about her profile I don't suggest that route.

Thing is you talked about something in her picture.

She shut you down, basically means this hoe ain't interested and she's got a type, she might of matched you, but you ain't it.

If you are shopping on Tinder, don't waste your time with girls who come across as elitist and bitchy. Have some self-respect and ignore her. There are way too many women in the world for you to concentrate on a girl who thinks she's God's gift to men.

Must have set flag to Serbia by mistake, though will be there in July. This girl is Welsh or English.

Think I will give this one the plunge, but proceed with due caution. If anything looking for some lessons (why I am posting in newbie).

Its probably a dead end and without hope, but a trick I always try (because sending a text or message is pretty low investment)

In one way it's quite useful a girl puts her demands in - I like knowing where I really stand with other people, it's just they have little idea of the market they are trying to sell themselves in:

6 inches BPEL is about the top 33%
6 figure income (say $250K) can't find stats off hand, but at age 30 in the 30-35 bracket that is about top 0.5%

They stick around for a while, probably often having other options, before a good replacement is found and she's gone for good. Now she's 41 and although a good catch for anyone looking for a 41 y.o., if she wants to continue with her benchmark she's going to have to be looking at 50+ without good looks. Since she can't really have children I also think it's unlikely she'll ever be happy or find a particularly good match.

It seems women are really pretty clueless on their SMV, particularly when it comes to age. One girl I know in Serbia who is 26, has a boyfriend 10 years older than her and he is a ... drummer. She values commitment and obviously wants to get the best guy she can get. She tells me she wants to experience life more first. Keep telling her once she's 30 all these guys who are probably only trying to fuck her now probably won't be interested in that. Probably be another 10 years before she learns the hard way.

Whereas the girl is a low 6, always found her face kind of repulsive and frumpy. Somewhat of a splodgy body too. If she doesn't have fat ankles now, it's only a matter of time. She's 31 and has finally decided she is going to look at trading in her stable relationship in which she has snared someone a good bit above her SMV. The chances of her finding anyone remotely better without looking in late 30s+ is slim and I suspect within the year she will realise this and beg to be taken back.
