Strongly wanting kids at 24? Interesting, I'm about that age and my urges are there but not in any way strong. As other have already said, think about the repercussions, they are very costly.

If you're willing to take care of your spawn then I don't see why not. Now if you just want to pump and dump just for the sake of "breeding" then I advise against it.

I have always said that a man should always marry a girl younger than him. My cousin married a guy who was 31 and she was 18. So I dont see why not.
