I'm just starting to figure out night game for myself.

One of the scenarios that I see repeatedly playing out is me talking to a 2-set/3-set. At the end of the set, I go for the number of the girl that I'm interested in. If I guess wrong, I feel like that's the end of it.

Is it possible to ask for and get everyone's numbers in a small group like that? Like, "You guys seem cool. We should all hang out sometime. Put your numbers in my phone." Or does that come across as a weak-ass move because, e.g., a man should know what he wants and goes for it.

You should go for the one you want to sleep with. No reason to play games. If your asking for the number of the specific girl you want to sleep with then how could you "guess wrong" as you put it?

Asking for all 3 numbers is a losing mindset. Sounds like your afraid to lose the one that likes you. Don't worry about these things because there are always other girls.

Now if you want advice on how to tell which one likes you, thats a different story.

This is indirect game, and it works less well in a night setting.
In the right setting (e.g. a social circle) this could be right.

However
What you feel is the fear of loosing your invested time. It happens.
Most of our approaches will not succeed.
Don't fear it.
