I would definitely put Germany over Poland unless you take into account immigration waves, but following this logic it ain't possible for Sweden to be first.

Top 5 are reasonable, but after that I don't know....Argentina 15th must be a joke (and before Switzerland). Peru 2nd best Latin American country I highly doubt aswell...

From what I have seen in travels

Highest Level of english (nor particular order): Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Iceland, Sweden,
Really good level of english: Finland, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Switzerland
Good/OK level of english: Estonia, Poland, Czech, Hungary, Slovenia.

All the rest seem to be not so good speaking english...

Croatian girls and young population in general have good English. We learn it from the first grade in the schools.

People Holland, Sweden and Denmark speak really good English from what I've seen.
