For the past ~year I've dealt with a white-coated tongue w/ bad breath...

- I've dug up all of the Candida, SIBO, IBS, and bacterial-related threads on RVF.

- Visited a Naturopath Dr, a GI Specialist, and your regular physician

- Tried coconut oil, oregano, eating clean, hitting the gym x3 a week

- You name it I did it...

Ultimately what I found to work is this:

Bromide Plus Capsules - Dr. Sebis Cell Food

It began clearing my tongue and freeing me from any digestive issues I was having almost immediately. This is a big deal to me because it was a social issue I was facing with for a long time and even noticed some of the RVF members post for answers. Hopefully this helps some of you in the same arena.

Hey man,

You should post something like "Products for Bad breath" instead of dr. Sebi products. It makes it look like you're about to sell personal products which is frowned upon around here.

I wanted the forum to check out his other products. We talk about natural remedies a lot and I didn't want this thread to only be about stomach problems. He's got stuff for testosterone, libido, energy, detoxing, and more.

I couldn't tell you exactly what caused it. A Naturopath Dr said asked me if anything life-changing happened to me just before all of this started to occur.

My now ex-girlfriend broke up w/ me about 1.5 years ago and I was in a full state of beta then so I became depressed, anxious, etc. Natropath says the stress could have impacted my gut health by throwing my body out of it's natural order.

If anyone wants to know how epic the Bromide Plus Capsules are, I will tell you the 1st capsule you take begins to do wonders for your body almost instantly. It is made up of Irish Sea Moss & Bladderwrack.

Ancient-Chinese Medicine states that mapping of the face by where acne is located tells us which organs of the body are effected. Bump

The acne on my forehead is gone and smooth like butter now. No stomach issues anymore. Even if you have GERD I would try this.

I could have stopped taking more capsules after the first week, but I really enjoy consuming Irish Sea moss. The stuff in here is feeding my body more nutrients than I could ask for while addressing the original problem.

Jamaicans consume sea moss and it helps very well in slaying the lizard. I rinsed a piece of snow once taking the moss and I bust and stayed hard inside the rubber (a feat normally unknown to me). A West Indian roommate put me onto that. Those Caribbean guys know a thing or two...

I'm kinda paranoid about bad breath and sometimes feel like its a chronic thing. Most people won't say it though if this is the case because people don't like breaking that kind of news to someone.

How did you know you actually had bad breath before and know afterwards that you did not?

I'll pass on the specialty "health" products.

You could have easily treated your bad breath by taking a swig of hydrogen peroxide diluted with water, brushing daily, and flossing daily too. Do this and anything living in your mouth won't be around to stink anymore. H2O2 has the added benefit of being an oral debrider, a fancy term that means it removes gunk on your teeth that requires a dentist's tool to remove.

For your acne, get course sea salt and rub that on your pores. Will be gone in no time.

Follow the KISS standard. There's nothing I hate more than overpriced boutique health goods.

How I knew

- Tongue drier than usual
- White coating in the back of it, sometimes light green
- I could smell a uncomfortable scent in my mouth by doing some heavy breathing to check
- Roosh mentioned in an article to try scraping a spoon along your tongue and sniffing it. If it's awful you've got some work to do
- Bloating/belching would occur 5 minutes after bowel movement
- Teeth would stain into a yellow color due to all the built-up residue from my coated tongue

After taking Bromide Plus

- White coating started to disappear
- Breathe was finally neutral tasting/smelling
- Passed the spoon trick
- Stomach bloating / belching is over
- Acne on face shrunk until it finally cleared away

Of course this is after I tried all of the remedies I wrote about on my original post and more. What I didn't mention is that I also tried...

- Manuka Honey
- Hydrogen Peroxide (3%)
- Baking soda
- Tongue scraping
- Acupuncture
- Anti Candida medicine
- Blood work for Candida & H. Pylori

When all of these failed, I am glad I discovered Bromide Plus. Wish it was that easy. I've tried Hydrogen Peroxide. Helps for a few hours, then the odor and coating returns.

Not everything is cookie-cutter approach. Sometimes you've got to dig deeper. For example, doing H2O2 treats the symptom but it doesn't cure the root.

Plus, who wants to be rinsing w/ H2O2 forever? I had done that for a while and it was an annoying regimen. Especially just before a date.

Currently I'm still taking it because of its nourishing minerals. Irish Sea Moss & Bladderwrack are powerful stuff. I'll continue with the daily dosage until my bottle is all out. I'm positive I don't need to continue, because I am already back to normal. You can trial it for 1-2 weeks and stop. I'm sure you'll feel 100 after the first few capsules.

Alright sounds legit I'll give this stuff a try soon to be sure and see if i notice a difference. I sometimes get white flaky stuff on my tongue and swear to god no matter how hard I declare nuclear war on the bacteria in my mouth (Probably because I'm a person who has a sensitive nose and can't stand bad smells) I get really paranoid about bad breath but this stuff called thera breath has really helped cure the problem so i don't have a that bad taste in my mouth or hot breath. I tried straight peroxide + Listerine wash but the thera breath leaves a normal "healthy" feeling in the mouth instead of a chemically stripped away feeling peroxide or listerine does. I feel like that stuff just kills most of the bacteria in the mouth and if you are already positioned towards having nasty bacteria in your mouth they just grow back in a couple hours stuff http://www.therabreath.com/


One last question though; Have you noticed a difference in your day to day social interactions and game before and after to go along with the symptoms you described?

One last question though; Have you noticed a difference in your day to day social interactions and game before and after to go along with the symptoms you described?

I've come across Therabreath. If you have no cavities and did a cleaning at your Dentist and your problem still persists, it is probably not in your mouth and something connected to your stomach, liver, or thyroid gland.

That's why I gave Bromide Plus a shot. I was looking to get to the root of the problem and not have to deal with maintenance work all the time by using stuff like Therabreath. Just like Hydrogen Peroxide, I got tired of using it.

I mentioned it was a social issue for me. After I got it taken care of, my game was back to normalcy. I didn't have to think twice about how my breathe smells, which meant I could lax my mind and get into hers. The shot of energy helps too. Another thing is I no longer have to floss, brush my teeth, scrub my tongue, and rinse with <insert remedy here> every time I was going out to interact with people. Breath is good all day/night. Makes it easy to live in the moment.
