There's no saying if these women have ever gone under the knife, but some girls here do take good care of themselves. The ones who do get plenty of walking/exercise, healthy eating, and lots of sleep. Few Taiwanese girls drink hard, smoke, and even fewer do drugs.

Of course there are girls here who hate exercise, and have daily fried chicken, sugary bubble milk tea and smoke too. You can find the latter in night clubs.

Oh and I'll add that many of them use face creams with sunblock in it every day, and use umbrellas on sunny days; overexposure to sun will wreak havoc on fair skin.

Quite - impressive - not their bodies, but the faces. They certainly take botox, but even with that it takes very good genes and an extremely clean lifestyle to make it happen.

A lot of Taiwanese are super healthy eaters. This means low salt, lots of vegetables, and somewhat bland tasting protein. Then you have stuff like xiao long bao and lots of dumplings. For a night out most Taiwanese will want to drag you to a hot pot place where it's more veggies and protein dumped into a soup with somewhat bland sauce.

Taiwanese cuisine is known for being pretty light and subtle in this way and not very exciting for people who like sharp flavors. I love TW beef noodles but it's really the only standout dish in the country.

There's a lot of unhealthy shit streetfood and stuff too but it's usually the somewhat lower class people who are into it from my experiences there.

Whereas your average girl might just sip a boba tea as her "guilty pleasure" before blowing you at her/your place.

I believe it when these girls say it's mostly due to how they live. I've seen loads of taiwanese girls who are older who look like that. Taiwan is very well known for having a shitload of hot 30+ y.o. spinsters.

Lol most girls dont look like this in Taiwan I can assure you of this. Not to mention make up does wonders.

Ride the mrt outside of daan or xinyi and let me know what you think the quality is like. Now the nightlife scene is a completely different story.

Yeah most don't look like this for sure but when I walk around the street at night in Taipei or even some main streets in Kaohsiung I still notice lots of hot 30+ spinsters. I've met quite a few. Shit, even a couple of my relatives are hot spinsters in Taiwan.

It's a higher percentage of the overall population than any other asian country (even Japan) in my opinion.

Here's a little cultural background about the vast majority of hot taiwanese girls too.

A lot of the really hot ones are "waisenren". Which is to say their grandfather or parents came to Taiwan with the KMT in the 50's. They aren't the super TW locals you see chewing betelnut with more SEA looks. The waisenren girls tend to be taller and fairer.

Taiwan has this social divide between "local" taiwanese who are kind of nativist and ghetto in some ways and the more "recent" 1950's KMT immigrants who pretty much built the country into what it is today.

To each his own there are some hot "native" TW girls too and my cousin married one but it's definitely not the norm.

Supposedly these girls all get face injections and laser treatments to remove blemishes from their faces, which they don't count as cosmetic surgery. Add in the fact that they're rich and lead relaxing lives without jobs, and Asian people's skin doesn't sag or wrinkle as easily, well...still impressive though!

+ low caloric intake for life - is known to prolong life
+ high nutrient density of food with great toxin-free food and plenty of vitamins and minerals (alternatively with supplements)

It seems that they did it with a very nutrient dense local diet, because I don't see them making any scientific choices.

Those ladies had some work done and they look very rich. Some of those photos are touched up with PS or other software as well.

Most Asian countries have rich hot cougars walking around that make you almost say out loud, DAMN! Seen tons of them in t1-t2 cities in China. Saw a few in Bangkok too the short time I was there too. Japan is a no brainer. Those are everywhere there.

And yeah, like homie posted about rolling the dice, that's the fucking truth. Look at her mother for a decent improvement on your betting odds, but even then, that shit isn't a guarantee either.

I wonder if her legs are like that because she's skinny fat? A lot of Taiwanese and Chinese women don't work out at all, they stay thin by trying to eat healthy.

Her legs are actually below average for her age. I've banged a lot of Chinese Milfs and their legs were fine.

I'd be interested to see what these women look like without makeup.

My only contention with Armen Ra and people on single meal (if not heavy)/ low calorie is its hard to GAIN MUSCLE on low calories.. So he has to be clear on how/ when at with what pace/ timeline he packed on muscle..

I've moved to a Lunch heavy diet, kinda IF -ish but mostly centered around eating more when digestion is strongest and less when digestion is weak.. through the Daily Biological / Circadion cycle.

That Amen Ra guy does it for more than 15 years. He is also very short - barely over 5 ft and thus his 1400 calories work out. One meal per day is not that difficult - even NFL athletes have that kind of diet. But they eat much more than 1400 calories. I looked at the diet of that Amen Ra guy - it consists of a huge number of supplements, his protein intake is also supplemented by lots of pure protein powder and it really took him decades to look like that. If he were 6"3, then he would look 35% as muscular and he would need 2000+ calories. He also used the best of what is known in orthomolecular medicine.

Of course his diet and lifestyle is rather extreme, but he says that it is designed for maximum longevity and we will see how he will look at ages 50 to 70+.
