The only "defence" the OP has is that he was bullied quite severely from a young age. Constant, unrelenting, bullying at high intensity from a young age can royally screw up minds of people that would otherwise have been at least relatively OK. I don't claim to be a master of these effects, but even Elliot Rodger was not actively bullied constantly, he was just shunned by the girls he wanted. Even that drove him to the pretty far out things he did. "Gamma rage" is very real.

I understand some of the harsh responses to the OP. Even if you were to remove the obvious illegal content including rape of western women which is already being done by many thousands of muslim refugees to absolutely no positive effect whatsoever... then the OP is still going to be heavily criticized on a forum like this. But this guy has been bullied his entire life - a "tough love" stance with brutal honesty might not actually be the best intervention for him. Nor perhaps would a psychiatrist who along with their whole teams (psychologists, social workers etc.) are very much blue pill and would likely push a load of blue pill crap on him that doesn't help him, as well as literal pills of course. Unfortunately I think he is fucked. This is not to sound harsh and I'd be happy to be proven wrong, but what this guy needs is a "neomasculine mentor", in-person, 1 to 1, constant help which to be frank no one would be willing to provide given the content of the OP.
