For those into 'NoFap'
I've never done nofap or noporn, but for those who do, what do you think your end-goal is?

I can understand getting rid of porn completely in your life, but is it realistic to stop masturbation entirely? Or are you guys aiming to create a certain steady routine? How do you see that happening?
