Model Chloe Ayling has been caught lying to the Bobbies about her supposed kidnapping ordeal.

The 20-year-old glamour model was questioned by Italian police over claims she was drugged, stuffed into a suitcase, bundled into a car and driven to a house near Turin. Brothers Lukasz Herba, 30, and Michal Herba, 36, are both now in custody accused of kidnapping Ayling. Police conducted three separate interviews with Ayling over a period of 13 hours on July 17. In one, she was asked about the tracksuit and shoes she was wearing – to which she said she had been given them before leaving the Turin house.

Quote:However, according to The Sun, she burst out crying when officers told her a shopkeeper had confirmed that she was with Lukasz when the shoes were bought.

‘It is true,’ she told police. ‘I went with him to buy the shoes.’

When an officer asked why she lied to them, she replied: ‘I don’t have a reasonable explanation.’

Another officer then asked her: ‘Don’t you think it seems strange that you went to buy shoes with the person who kidnapped you?’

Ayling then responded: ‘He was the person who could save me and who could help me regain my freedom. That’s the reason I didn’t fight and I didn’t ask for help from the woman in the shop.’

Quote:It comes after a transcript of a call between Lukasz and his mum, made by the suspect from prison, was leaked. In it he says: ‘This girl is trying to set me up. She knows I didn’t have anything to do with kidnapping her.’ Last Friday, Lukasz’ brother Michal were ordered to be extradited from the UK to Italy by Westminster Magistrates Court.

Michal’s legal team have since lodged an appeal, branding the kidnap claims a publicity stunt.

It did not make sense at the time and now it is clear to see why. The girl was clearly wanting some attention, sympathy and £££.
