Honestly, all the resources you need are already written. You don't need a coach or a trainer unless you have hyper specific goals other than building muscle and or losing weight.

I can provide you a springboard to gain your own knowlege.

Indeed, the resources for resistance training are already out there all over the internet. If you were looking for something more specific, or to keep yourself accountable, surely a local personal trainer would be more suited to your needs.
