This works if your flake problem is that you have enough value to the girl but not enough comfort.

These texts got her to reengage:

- I actually thought that you were comfortable enough with me for us to meet again haha
- My bad
- Life goes on

Less than 15 minutes later she was answering me back completely engaged and cheerful and it's on again. I think it's because the texts do the following:

1- Shows that i'm aware of and i understand how she is feeling and why she behaved the way she did
2- Shows that i'm not mad or upset
3- Shows that i'm outcome detached

Just felt like contributing to the general game/pua base of knowledge, so there it is.

You can pique a girl's interest and get her responding again but whether you actually get her out is another matter entirely.

Bingo. I like to hold onto old/weak numbers for a few months, sometimes ~ year (girls I might have gotten out on one/two dates and didn't bang, or never met). Although I've become more efficient and impatient since last year, I figured they'd be intriguing experiments and wouldn't require much effort. Pinging and re-engaging occasionally via text is the method I've used (a non sequitur message, engaging photo or maybe callback humor if poignant). In my experience- while there are some anomalies, most old leads that have fallen off the radar go nowhere (especially online prospects that you never met).

My goal was overcoming a flake and it did the job it was supposed to do. I didn't really promise someone would end up meeting much less banging the girl that flaked, that's another story.

I mean but have you really "re-engaged" her? Perhaps she just likes the attention. Women love thinking they have guys in orbit.

But yeah, I think it's not really "recovering from a flake" unless you bang the girl. Plenty of girls answer my text messages after they flake.
