Bad news: Totally NOT a party beach.

Good news: The neighborhood has a bunch of bars that are good to game local girls (looks above brazilian average and bored to death) in an area called "Triangulo". But be aware that it doesnt have a crazy summer party vibe, so dont expect any girls gone wild scene, only the usual bar game.

Sugestion: Try hitting a coastal city called Guarapari on the weekend, about 1 hour driving from Vitoria. Its the best summer spot in the whole state. Lots of beautiful girls from Minas Gerais go there for their summer vacation. Never tried, but think you can try daygaming on the beach. And the city has a couple of nighclubs where you can do nightgame.
