It's been all over the news the past few days. I've been surprised no one has talked about it Some highlights:

-Overstock.com CEO, Patrick Byrne, a crypto enthusiast, is launching the currency to be used on Overstock.com for a substantial user discount
-The ICO is predicted (by Byrne) to raise $250-500 mil, the largest ever
-Overstock.com's shares rose by 30% upon the news
-This is the first SEC compliant crypto, which means wall street can get in on the action legally
-presale only available to accredited investors

This has potential to become a top 5 crypto with the backing of a multibillion dollar company and being SEC compliant. I am excited to gamble on this.

Shits going to fail so miserably...... I'm just waiting for the white paper to see what blockchain project they plan tbst will cost $500mil to accomplish, oh wait that's right there is non just a money grab.

It's a revenue share like COSS, except legally complaint and for an exchange that will handle real projects and be used by grown-ups, not 4channers playing with pocket money like Binance, COSS, or Kucoin.

Fuck I want that but I'm not an accreddited investor. Anybody want to spot me a million bucks?

It's sec compliant, so the tokens represent equity or just profit sharing?

Do they undertake some serious KYC procedures during the investing period?

I know an accredited investor and am going to try to get him to open an account to possibly put money into this thing. If anyone is possibly interested send me a PM.

I cannot make any guarantees that this will happen but if I'd like to see if anyone is interested as there may be a minimum investment required of the accredited investor.

EDIT: Please note that I have not yet researched this and again, there are no guarantees that I will go forward if I don't think it's a good investment. I will read the whitepaper tonight.

This is a security. There's nothing wrong with selling securities, you just have to follow certain procedures and limit who you sell to.

I was digging around to see what T0 is and it appears to be an SEC complaint exchange which will host other SEC complaint ICOs. Basically SEC complaint 0x.

I found an article which mentions that T0 is expecting about $500 million from the accredited investors.

I'll stay away from this thing for now as I think $500 million is way too much for an exchange.
