hey guys, quick question when going out consistently 2-3 nights a week meeting women etc. trying to bring them back you don't get nervous about them possibly making FAKE rape charges on one of these ONS? let's say one of these girls college or anyone really ends up sleeping with you. they had a couple drinks and are pissed in the morning lets say it was normal and consentional but then they all of sudden get upset and decide to try to do something like this? I just thought about it for the regular players who do this every week and try to meet new girls just nervous about this happening. Obviously i would never do that if the girl isn't down then its fine etc but How do you avoid this since its the US and any women can make up some case and its basically word for word

Fair enough...But this just came across as potentially directly advocating violence against women IMO. My post was intended to innoculate against that perception by making it clear that it was facetious more than as an admonishment directed at you.

Studies have shown that guys that use correct punctuation are 10 times less likely to catch fake rape charges than those that dont. Its not cause and effect as much as correlation

no its just things are going good with a couple girls now, interest there and I always am skeptical about it maybe its just my mind always considering worse possible cases i figure good rapport is a must always and just generally treating women good after the bang etc and avoiding going after the "drunk" club girl i do also worry about pregnancies too lol funny but habit i guess

For non-trolls reading this thread...

There's always the chance a chick goes totally crazy and retroactively rewrites history in her head or otherwise that you forced yourself on her. That's a risk of the game, and can in fact happen with a chick you haven't slept with or even haven't met. The system is fucked up.

Beyond that, there's a psych study (can't find it right now) that cited three major motivations for a false rape accusation:

1. To gain attention (a nuclear version of the "this creeper is hitting on me!")
2. To provide cover for illicit sex (religious or has a bf, and her philandering has been discovered)
3. To seek revenge against the accused consensual partner
   

I'm not into the "enthusiastic consent" hysteria but I like girls who pretty open with their sexuality and don't have BFs so I don't have much issue with the "illicit sex" angle.

There are some basic measures you can take against (1) and (3) that boil down to good comfort game.

Let her sleep over. Buy her breakfast the next morning (bonus: be seen with her in public). Send the "had a great time last night" text. Keep in low-temperature touch.

I know there's a streak of thinking in the player world about whether sleeping over is too beta or whatever. Forget beta, this is about your freedom - sleep over or have her do the same, say some nice things on the way out the door and she'll feel like a champ. Meanwhile, some chicks will think it's too "serious" if she stays over. Disarm this with a simple offer: "you can stay the night if you want."

Repeat, it's important to put your ego on the back burner - feeling like an "alpha male" is a lot less important than staying out of jail. HER feeling like she slept with an alpha with a smooth/soft postgame is important.

80% of these tantrum accusations come about when a woman realizes that having sex with you makes her look bad or feel bad. This will most often happen when there's an angry father/boyfriend/husband involved. Read up on notable false accusations and you'll see the pattern easily.

So keep your mouth shut, and stay away from obviously crazy women who, in the course of getting to know them, reveal that they have erratic outbursts or a history of blame and accusations. Don't make false promises of exclusivity nor rub it in her face that you're banging other women. Let her feel good about the interaction and pretend it was special and just between the two of you, and save the texts about how much she loved it.
