I am a retired Army Officer.
Does anyone have some guy that they know in Kiev that I can get info from on train tickets and apartments, etc.
I will pay someone to run me around.
Any info is much appreciated.

EE in winter? Go there in summer. You’re supposed to go to SEA every winter. They love retired military here.

Americans always seem to need lots of help with everything

For apartments Airbnb - message them and say "what's your best price for a month?" or however long.

For Trains, Google "Ukraine train tickets"

There you go, I will expect 100usd in Crypto for my efforts
