Hey folks, this is my first post here, nice to meet you all.

A little bit about me: I'm 25, my looks and game are well above average, I'm getting laid on a regular basis and have no problems with a lack of sex.

However, there's this one girl, whom I've known for over 20 years, we went to school together etc. She's always been hot, but I never thought about putting some effort into banging her.

She's always playing hard to get, never lets anyone get close to her, unless they are rich and she sees them as a future partner (there's been this one case where she wanted to get my well-off friend, but he's married now, so she's pretty much screwed).

Exactly what's wrong with that? Some of them can be stuck up about wanting a rich enough husband but it is reasonable at some level to want someone who has their shit together financially because that's what enables them to be a stay at home mother

You're too desperate for her. You can try, and best of luck if you do, but I'd almost guarantee failure. You clearly have oneitis for her and are desperate for it. Find some other girl more into you, then another one, then another, and another.
