I've started earning good income working for an IT company and got the job via a friend.

I'm on the lookout to rent a house now to buy a house in the next 2 years. I'm also looking to buy a good car.

I've completed 2 years of a Comp Sci degree, will take me another 2-3 years part time to complete the degree or I may just stop now at 2 years.

I wont need my future partner to earn to support paying off the house mortgage or to provide, I can do it myself.

I remember talking to this Indian girl, she said she graduated in Economics at age 22 and I'm 28 only completed 2 years and she initially liked me, but then got put off as to why I don't have a degree.

Also I met another Indian lady who I seen before at the shopping centre and I was wearing a suit and she asked to question after talking a bit "so what degree classification do you have" and I said "I haven't completed my degree" and she gave a very strange look.

What the hell, so getting a degree is the be all end all for these ladies? What if I'm earning more than them and once again, I'm the one who don't need their financial support ever?

As I understand it, appealing to Indian women is more about caste, prestige, 'face' and future prospects.
Your answer here is a bit wishy-washy and I suggested you become firm with the idea of whether you are studying or not?

No personal experience with this scenario. Three responses come to mind:

1. A&A - "I have a friend who's perfect for you. He's got a doctorate in English and they just promoted him to shift manager at McDonald's. Give me your number."

2. DQ - "My parents taught me that spending $200k on a degree is stupid when you can make better money without one. What do you do again?"

3. Stop wasting your efforts on types of girls that have no interest in you.

Why have your sense of self be governed by what silly women think? Chicks are drawn to credentials because it saves them the time to do any deeper examination of a man's character and value. Just need to accept that and persevere with building yourself up.

And why bother giving the time of day to someone who graduates at age 22 but can't figure out that people don't all start off at the same station in life? Treat 'em like children and have fun with it the next time it comes up in conversation.

So one thing about game is that it gives you the power to get girls, but not every girl or specific girls.

You need to do what is right and best for you, and be confident about it, and not worry about this girl.

Every problem is a blessing in disguise. For example, there is a thread about the best profession to meet girls. Guys who are lawyers says its little help, better to be a bartender, drug dealer, DJ.

So the "problem" you have is in your head because you have oneitis. Don't worry about a piece of paper that requires student loans which is just someone else saying you are OK. If you can make money without the time and expense of a degree then you don't need the piece of paper. If you can start a business, even better.

If this is not sinking in, read the book "Choose Yourself" by James Altucher.

Not having a degree is a big advantage if you allow yourself to think of it in those terms
- saved time
- no student debt
- no corporate dress code,
- no dry cleaning bill
- you are a maverick, more exciting, might drive a motorcycle, etc.
- location independent?

You are letting this Indian girl define what success is for you. You need to define it in your own terms. Most people are not able to do this for themselves. Its not easy. The inexpensive book I mentioned will help you to think about what is possible.

Years ago I was sitting at a local bar once in the middle of telling a story to a girl when she interrupted and asked me

That's the perfect response for an Indian Girl in my book. This is beyond Game though, and you have to be fully congruent with who you are for any type of these snap back responses to work! Dealing with Indian Girls is like having to walk an hour in soaking rain: it sucks, but at the end of the day, it's just rain, and it won't stop you from getting to your destination. The experience will be a little rougher to achieve your end goal. The good news is... that if you end up Banging Indian chicks... you have to fuck them like they ain't shit... so you get a mini revenge kick out of it

Been absent for ages. Work and sadly had an accident that messed me up a bit.

At OP - if you're desi yourself forget it. South Asian hoes are NOT worth the effort. The top 5-10 % who are smart/attractive have Anglo fever on par with East Asians. Family factors mean some date Asians but left to their own devices it is a losing proposition for desi guys.

I am in med school and am well educated. Tall, ok looking but strike out with desi girls. I have just moved on and had a small degree of success.

Cut your losses. Desi game is all about status. You can be a complete POS but if you have the status checks - you're in play.
