I hardly do but google talk - to - translate is your friend. every time i get stuck with my spanish, i give them the "just a moment" gesture and pull out translator, and they giggle and think its cute. then you can sit there comfortably looking at each other because she thinks you are tyring to remember how to say something in spanish, but in reality you can sit there for a few seconds reading her and planning next words.
