The idea that girls look at men's crotches is mostly a myth.
Sure it happens sometimes...but probably even less then when a guy notices the color of a girl's eyes before he notices her face and body. You kind of have force yourself the first time to notice a girl's eye color much more than you would anything else.

However, strong biceps on a guy is definitely something girls notice all the time.

Apart from biceps, I find many girls are also obsessed with men's chests and/or chest hair. When it's warm day and I have 2 or 3 buttons open on the top part of my shirt I get a lot more quick glances from girls when they see some skin and a bit of chest hair sticking out.

After sex is over, they often want to stroke my chest and play with my chest hair.

If you want to know what a woman finds sexiest, it's a v-shaped torso. I'd believe they look at biceps, because by "biceps" is usually meant very broad shoulders in general (and in truth they don't know what element they're truly looking at, so they just say biceps), which is crucial for a v-shaped torso.

My guess would be degree of masculinization of facial features. Really when we look at women having a nice face is the top priority. I remember visiting a friend in Vegas and I'd keep seeing a nice body from behind, then she'd turn around and it would be some leather-faced woman in her 40's. According to The Definitive Guide to Body Language by Allan and Barbara Pease, when it comes to body parts on women, men are universally split into three groups - butts, boobs and legs. But, would you believe it - women like the same body parts on men's bodies. It's all based on evolutionary psychology.

1. Muscular chest - in primitive times, the bigger his chest, the more respect and power a man commanded.

2. Muscular butt - a muscular rear allows the man to make the powerful thrusting motion during sex, increasing the chance of successful sperm transfer.

3. Muscular legs - they allow the man to run faster and longer, which comes useful in hunting.

I also remember reading somewhere that while men are split into three groups evenly, women are not - the majority of them like butts foremost. Makes sense, considering the reasoning outlined in the book.

I've got some decent shoulders but girls always seem to go right for the biceps or chest. I can see how they would be a stronger visual queue whither clothing but when it comes to getting swolested in a bar, I've got experience otherwise .

I think that women have developed a pretty good sense of determining if a guy has physical strength. In the gym I see a lot of young guys with large biceps and weak cores. Their shoulders are wide, but their backs are undeveloped since they don't DL. Women can smell testosterone.

It's the whole package women look at I think.

Not sure whether its defined as a "body part" but many of the women I have known, especially the 9s and 10s, have always been fascinated by my hair.

Have never been able to figure out whether this is due to me having really thick hair, or having a specific style, or just the fact I have a full head of hair, or maybe my hair extenuates certain features of my face etc...

If you wear fitted or tighter shirts then girls will def comment on your mid-section.


I also don't think most girls could identify where your lats and glutes are located on your body. Guys we need to think simple here as girls are simple minded creatures.

Everyone's pretty accurate so far. After losing weight and getting in shape I am listing my girlfriend's interest/comments in order of perceived importance as follows:

Face- Primarily eyes and teeth
Ass- curvature, dimples, strong tailbone
Chest- large pecs with visible sternum
Arms- Biceps in particular
Back- Chiseled V-shape
Legs- Quads and calves
Package- Bitches love meat-gazing

I personally think my nose is too big and my chin/jaw is too weak. I also hate my voice when I hear it played back to me. However, these have never come up with women and I've been told on multiple occasions that I have a good chin. Every girl has told me she was mesmerized by my blue eyes and mischievous smile. These alleged weaknesses held me back my first year of college. I thought, "How can I ever get laid when I have a big nose, weak chin, and shitty voice?" I finally got outside my head and talked to girls. I realized they didn't give a shit; my eyes and smile overcame my real or imagined weaknesses. Then I got in shape. And girls started touching my arms and chest using corny excuses.

I never racked up the numbers like some of you guys, but I've learned a lot about maximizing attributes. I still don't like my nose, chin, or voice, but it doesn't matter. If I broke up with my girlfriend tomorrow, I'd have a rebound in my room before the bed got cold. I was insecure and chubby growing up; now I get eye-fucked trying to shop for groceries.

I don't say any of this to appear as a braggart, I say this as a graduate of the school of inner game. I don't remember the last time I felt anxious around a girl. And I'm preparing a weight loss datasheet for guys who are interested in calorie counting. My post date is when my lower abs decide to show up. Those last five pounds suck ass.

i've been working out for over 3 years now and expected to get compliments on my arms, chest, anything mentioned in this topic.

But honestly the thing girls compliment me the most on is my buttocks.

I think it is the silhouette of men who are tall and with a v-shaped figure which causes instant arousal within women. These are the men who can get the most strings-free sex.

I recall cruising into a Greek harbour on a yacht. My friend and I were standing at the bow holding on to the forestay with our shirts off. He was recently monkey-branched by his business-bitch wife who left him for a richer man. He is my height at 6'3" but unlike me at the time (because I stopped going to the gym), he had a v-shaped silhouette too. I noticed two young Greek women sitting on the harbour wall looking and smiling at us, giggling and showing all the signs of female attraction. As we got closer, I realised that they were both lusting after my monkey branched friend whose wife and left him because he was only interested in motorbikes, beer and weed. In contrast, my job paid me enough to support both these women as wives but the reality was, they would have more likely both gone to bed with my monkey branched friend.

Women's attraction signs are so obvious when they are directed at someone else.
