Hello and sorry if my first post is one that has been answered before but its nice to get your feelings known and to gain specific advice from others.

After travelling around working for a number of years and spending my 30th year in australia working and enjoying this beautiful country i plan to return to europe at some stage in 2018.

Life is sweet I have a successful career as a land surveyor, i have always kept myself in great shape playing sports almost everyday and have decent success with women all be it not long term relationships as i have been pretty occupied with work and travel.

However recently i have strong intentions of returning to europe and meeting a women for the long term and finding myself a permanent home. I dont enjoy partying like i used to and would really like to meet someone with the idea of starting a family in the not so distant future.

I have a keen interest in eastern european women and is somewhere i have little experience of so to travel there is an interesting opportunity for me to visit but also to find a girl.

I have good money behind me from years of non stop work so getting an air bnb in a country and taking a few months off work would be no issue.
I feel this is achievable knowing my driven personality but a little direction from you guys would help me get started. Specific country? time of year to move? etc. Look forward to your thoughts.

You gotta read the relevant country threads and post questions specific to those countries (or regions) in that thread, man, your question is too broad.

I agree with Spaniard that your question is a little broad.

If you decide to spend time in a place with a relatively cold winter, I think you might want to look at making the initial move from late March through early May so that you have a month or two to become familiar with the new country/city before your prime 'hunting' season hits in the summer. You'll also be able to avoid the worst of winter this way (assuming you just stay a few months).
