People have talked a lot about California taxes and liberal policy, but there is another huge angle that is happening right now: the amazing failure of far-left liberals as employees.

I live in a super liberal So. Cal town. It use to be...politics were there, but didn't matter much. Everybody was too busy starting new ventures and making good money and building/shipping product. Very professional.

It's now amazing to see that collapse. Far left wingers (Trump haters, LBQT, hippies, etc) are going nuts and almost unemployable.

Really vivid changes.

You can now expect if you hire a feminist, even with 20 years of corporate experience, she will immediately do something stunningly inappropriate like, do an inventory of all the ways that your men employees are pigs and must be disciplined immediately. This of course make all the men infuriated and then you have to fire the feminist moron and then she'll immediately go on Twitter and rant about your company.

Men are no better. One CEO friend just related to me that his 2nd in command (Chief Operating Officer) got upset by some minor political discussion (the CEO is moderate, not even right wing) and the COO just walked out with no notice, not willing to train a replacement, almost destroyed the company. insanely unprofessional.

The underlying current here is: "liberals have abandoned any sense of obligation to act in a honorable way...even in their chosen profession setting."

They just hate. If you disagree with them, or somehow trigger them in some minor error, they instantly assign themselves judge, jury, and executioner, judging you.

There is a famous saying by Theodore Roosevelt:

"It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena..."

Liberals *hate* that quote. Their whole lives are devoted to *hating* any doer of deeds. In the anti-Trump frenzy we see the penultimate result of this hatred, the pure resulting hatred of all success, all striving, all struggling to build anything. Liberals when pushed to their limit only want to tear down whatever is built. They will do it outright, or more likely sneak around in the background planting poison.

I'm waiting for a story about the doctor who abandons the care of his trump-supporting patients. There is no professional oath or certification that liberals will honor.

I've started to hear CEOs, even stalwart Californians, talk about moving to Texas despite the god awful weather. Just because the PEOPLE are not backstabbing crazies.

There's a potential reason why soycialists / Useful Idiots can never see the forest for the trees.

They actually intend to implement a scorched earth policy. Forests be damned...

You have to realize that the folks that make up the bulk of conservatives, as well as the jobs they do, are largely invisible to liberals. If you live in a big city you tend to ignore the material resources required to maintain that city and favor the abstract "information age" work you do as being what's really important. So in their minds a bunch of people who don't really exist and whose interests lack any sort of validity stole the election from them.

I live in Portland, and I've seen firsthand how these folks think. They are so surrounded by their own ilk that they honestly don't believe that conservatives are real aside from some fantasy version out of Deliverance. So if everyone who counts agrees with their opinions, the only way Trump could have won was by stealing the election against the will of the "good" people. Thus, you get all the "resistance" bullshit they've been spouting as if they're the Maquis in Vichy France.

I've always tried to work in a job where we actually seek to accomplish something (various blue collar jobs, sales etc.) and find that when the job has a solid goal (sell this car, build this house) most of my co-workers don't engage in as much mental masturbation.
