Anyone else here? I'll prep for 2018 data sheet think im gonna do 1 month maybe two as my buddy and i got connected up with some guy who pretty much knows everyone. And dragged us around to a bunch of underground clubs and introduced us to cute chicks, security and bartenders. Was a pretty epic first night to say the least.

This should be a good read. I was only there for a short stay. I’d like to see how a month turns out for you. Have fun at Cocos Prive (Used by criminal networks discuss their dirty bomb ideas) as the drinks are also pretty cheap and girls I found fun. I also enjoyed hanging out at the American BBQ spot Smokehouse. Owners are cool. Have fun!

So far so good I know EE is not known for ONS but I am not getting that vibe here (only time will tell) also english penetration are at shockingly high levels. As im writing this now im at a pretty dead bar though its Easter Sunday so to be expected.

I will prematurely say Kishinev has a lot of promise im 3 days in and nailed a nice low 8 last night. I might have just lucked out though getting connected to a guy who owns a chain of clubs an restaurants which has forsure jacked my SMV up. Also being tatted up i think is helping me. Hipster culture is strong here now even though i dont really consider myself hipster i could be mistaken for one. Also seeing some black guys doing well here.

Im going to push another week before a datasheet then going to head over to Transnistria for some play.

I can confirm the quality is not as good as Ukraine but ive been met much more warmly by higher quality girls...

Africans I would guess, I did not interact with them. But I think African American would be more of an advantage.

Even though I'm not very into black girls I did spot some black girl talent at BarBar

There are not a lot of Americans here in general. The average tourist influx is 11,000 per year according to wikipedia but did not specify nationality.

Also keep in mind that Chisinau is a quite small city, with a pop of about 450 000 ie not even half the size of a second-tier ukrainian city like Dnipro or Kharkov.

Some good points here: Chisinau is a shithole and you'll notice lots of delapidated, sloppily-built buildings and shitty roads. By all means check it out, but keep your expectations in check. I personally think there are better options.

Very accurate information. I'd debate that it weeds out the gold diggers but leaves some less than disirable traditional girls. Although the higher quality girls are more receptive that are left over as opposed to Ukraine.

But I can't disagree much with your personal observations in general.

Social Circle game us clutch here which is my current advantatage and unlikely for a person passing through.

Today is my last night in Chisinau. Figured I should post some observations after spending a week here.

Getting in from Kiev: I got a driver to drive me here from Kiev (found on some overpriced drivers-for-foreigners-site). Paid 180USD, which got me a new SUV, which matters given that the roads are nasty in some stretches. You can probably get a bus for like 10USD. Trip took about 6 hours, there were some issues getting out of Ukraine, no idea why since I speak zero Russian, after about 30min they just let us through. I asked my driver “have problem?”, he just replied “problem yes”. Unfortunately, that is as far as his English went.

After that we drove through Transnistria, no problems, just another border check (they looked through my luggage that’s all). Here is an important thing to remember; when you leave Transnistria and enter Moldova their will be a little booth next to the road, stop there and make sure you get a slip from the guy, there are some stories about people having some issues if you do not have this slip when you leave Moldova.

The city: I try to be positive about all places I visit but Chisinau is not making it easy. You just get the feel that it is fairly sleepy (granted temperatures were around 30c). Of course, architecture, the streets etc. are pretty grim, there are a few nice parks though, but that is pretty much it.

The girls: I have to say surprisingly bad. I think the previous posters in this thread are correct that most hot Moldavian girls left a long time ago. I walked around in town for many hours without seeing an 8 or above. Tinder also confirms this; I got the “no more people around you” after only like 20min of swiping with limited quality. Been busy working so have not checked out the nightlife besides a few bars (saw a few decent girls with obvious sponsors) There is a touristy skybar in the Radisson Hotel called Zaxi which has a decent view (and of course overpriced drinks).

Conclusion: It is hard to recommend Chisinau for any reason really. Unless you have an “in” like nola talked about. Spending time in a 2nd tier Ukrainian city or in any Romanian student city like Iasi or Cluj just makes a lot more sense.

What other venues did you visit in Kishinev? Not going to argue the city is sleepy for sure.

Radisson Blu bar is where the hookers hang out and it's only good for playing blackjack in the casino as they are running a 5 deck (non auto) shoe (which is good)

Skybar which is next door to the Cosmos Hotel is for sure a shit show, not recommended.

Also tinder sucks everywhere I won't touch it other than for entertainment/boredom reasons.

I was actually very surprised by the Moldovan women, they had the tall Balkan look that I like, I saw plenty of attractive women. They seem more wholesome than Ukrainian women also, probably better marriage material.

Transdniester was even better, though in both places I think you would need to invest time to find a gold nugget

I'm asking because Moldova's neighbor, Ukraine, has been infested by the Turks and they are fucking up the entire country.

Given that I was pretty de-motivated by the quality I saw on the streets I did not check out any nightclubs. Went for a drink with a girl I met on tinder at a place called Mojito, it was just a big terrace bar, saw a few decent girls, but place was not too crowded. As for the tinder girl she was not really my type, so I quickly changed it into a "tell me about Moldova"-date instead, which was good.

Anyway, clearly I am not the one to ask about Chisinau nightlife, the key take-away from my earlier post is just that I personally was surprised by the lack of quality on the streets.
