I need a cheap flight to the Balkans, from Dallas or TX (read)-- I'll help you too
It goes as follows: I'm headed over to serbia (or surrounding country), on a one way ticket from Texas, and i need the cheapest flight possible. I found some flights that run 499usd to sofia and zagreb. I'm looking for even cheaper in the balkans, or somewhere close to BGD. If you manage to find something cheaper within 6 hrs bus or train of belgrade, or in other words, something that only costs 50usd to travel to BGD, I'll owe you a favor or a rep (is that ok?) if you manage to find one. If you need a favor, you're free to stay with me in serbia at my place for a while, or I can show you around, or something similar. You're free to PM me or post here your findings.
Dates for potential flight: 17 April to 10 May--no later, from Dallas Airport, or a Texas airport (Dallas, Houston, Austin, or somewhere close--can't be El Paso, Amarillo, or other far west Tx Places, or places on the border (south tx).
edit: if multiple people find something that meets my criteria, I will honor the deal for each individual that posts, provided you're within the first 10 posters (after me).
edit 2: if it's on two different tickets ( you most likely know what I mean), I won't honor it. Has to be on one ticket to avoid issues.

Thanks renotime, that site looks pretty good for tickets.
In the past I mainly used SkyScanner.
Two stops to Belgrade for $390: https://www.skyscanner.net/transport/fli...ew#results
I think that $284 one above from renotime is the best you'll get and it has decent time to get yourself through the airport, providing there is no problems.
From Budapest Airport outside there are some machines to order tickets to get into the center of Budapest; and you can get a night train from the main station through to Subotica in through Serbia. At that train station there are machines you can order the tickets from in English.

Try looking at each day over a 7 day period as when you are chaining up 2-3 flights a big part of a cheap deal will be getting on a major budget flight.
