It completely depends on your head/face shape and body/fitness level. Could be great for you or you could look terrible. Without seeing you no one can tell you with any useful accuracy.

Shaved head will make you look masculine and serious, it depends on your head shape. Depends on your age too.
Long hair can look youthful and sexy to women too.

A shaved head is low maintenance which is a big benefit.
I am finding that I get grey hairs on the sides so a 1 on the sides hides that while long on the top allows me to appear younger.
