Recently ,
I had a woman cancelling the date because I am much younger than her .
My question is that not every older woman is a cougar , right ??

No, not every old woman is a cougar, a cougar implies she has to be attractive, fit, and predatory.

I think so because we meet in-person. In addition, we have been talking for a week and she never asked me my age. She added me on Linkedin though maybe to get an idea of how old I am

Two things tell me you need to read this forum and absorb as much game knowledge as you can:

1. You're 31 and you're trying to date women older than you. You should be going for girls 18-25.

2. You started this thread; It's probably good that you did so we can guide you but the fact you started it means that you really need to read and do your research here and other areas and then practice with girls instead of trying to date women OLDER than you and then starting threads asking why it didn't work out.
