LTR problems Newbie advice
I'm in my mid-twenties, have a good life going on, professionally well and good looking. A year ago I met a girl in her mid-twenties also, all was amazing, my game seemed to be tight, however, she caught me sexting with another girl over the phone when we on holiday,( we were not official then but going steady serious) then suddenly after a drunk night out in the morning she confessed sleeping with some older guy while doing drugs while she was on a work trip 2 weeks before.

Came back from holiday, I had mixed emotions (because I really liked her, but my rational side was thinking how she wasn't a good prospect) Got cornered where she asked for forgiveness and asked to be official ( BIG MISTAKE YOU GUYS, NEVER ACCEPT A CHEATING WOMAN, NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU LIKE HER!!!)

She was a solid 8.5 physically. Good education and great sex drive. We seemed very in sync. However, she had the following RED FLAGS. ( which I got the know over time) Exclamation

-Tattoos
-Functioning alcoholic
-had just gone out of a 5-year relationship
-from a European feminist country
-A long history of antidepressants (discovered 1 month later)
-Occasional preppy party DRUG user, pot, MDMA, etc ( which she used with her previous bf before) (I'm very anti-drugs)
-Feminist mother
-in contact with her ex-bf sporadically. (still on Facebook)
-mentions every now and then stuff about her ex.

I know right?! whoa! quite the list, how could I not see that before. (Lesson learned)

Down the line, the excessive drinking when she went out with friends, drove me insane and financially in a bad situation. A year in, she doubled her anti-depressant meds, however, got on track professionally due to my beta ways. ( DONT BE THE F-ING WHITE KNIGHT.)

Currently shes fat and her sex drive is 0. Always saying she's on her period or shes not in the mood, but shows affection. She does cook and offer to pay when we go out, broke contact with her ex ( to my knowledge, but you can never know) and doesn't make an effort to look hot around me. Recently I met her friends after a few months where she looked hot when I arrived.

I feel I've just let myself go and had enough. So I decided now to make the decision to break up, myself being in a good situation ( focusing totally on getting my finances on track, fitness, career and recouping friends.) Any tips on downing the red pill properly? I know its a rookie mistake. But I feel better I'm taking the decision to leave her. What can I do, to recoup from her?

Jesus dude, how long were you with her? She sounds beyond worthless. You fucked up for staying with someone like that, but at least you've learned the hard way.

It's good you left her; now delete & block her from every possible form of communication and don't waste a single moment thinking about her. I would check out the book "The Rational Male" by Rollo Tomassi, it's great place for jumping headfirst into the red pill.

Half the points in the list are being way too picky.

The age old motto applies here - bang 10 other chicks and move on.

Update: Life back on track. Very happy now, the rational male was a great read. Took the red pill completely, never looking back and it is amazing. For anyone reading this, my advice would be to remember as a male, one of your greatest assets is that you can just walk away.

That's great to hear. At least you knew when to walk away.

Just remember the story of Lot's wife from the Bible. If you ever look back and delusionally yearn for your old ways, relapses can happen & it usually will overwhelm you.
"if you wake one, you wake them all"

You probably had a few broken pedestals when you repented of your old limiting ways.

You should look into Roosh's soon to be released book "Game". It may answer some lingering questions you may have.

In the meantime, here's some free reading material similar to "The Rational Male":

Is there any thing whereof it may be said, See, this is new? it hath been already of old time, which was before us. There is no remembrance of former things; neither shall there be any remembrance of things that are to come with those that shall come after."

Update again:

I noticed this post has been viewed a lot of times. Thought it might be worthwhile to contribute to the community and help some comrades.

The mad relationship described here is called borderline personality disorder (BPD). ( look for the red flags ) For any guys looking for an answer or a name to their situation if you come across something similar, there you have it .

Here’s a link where you can read about it and not go through thousands of pages, it’s simple and all you need to know about it so you have the knowledge you need to move on

I learned I got away just in time and I’m quite lucky.

Run away ASAP. It's going to be a difficult but do not try to save the World, be selfish and think about your future. It looks like that she is on her way to become alco.
