RE: World depopulation - Bill Gates says pandemic could wipe out 30 million
Spanish Flu?
http://www.whale.to/vaccine/spanishflu.html
Quote:Vaccine not virus responsible for Spanish flu
Quote:RYLE DWYER writes on the horror of the 1918-20 pandemic which the propaganda says was caused by Spanish flu (Irish Examiner, May 1).
How did they know it was the virus of Spanish flu that killed millions of civilians and soldiers?
This disaster occurred when viruses were unknown to medical science.
It took a British science team to identify the first virus in man in 1933.
As regards the origin of the outbreak, he relates that a senior US army officer suggested that the Germans might have been responsible for the bug as part of their war effort, by spreading it in theatres or where large numbers of people assembled.
Did they also spread it among their own people, killing 400,000 as reported?
Ryle would have us believe that all those American soldiers who died from non-combatant causes may have died from Spanish flu.
But US Army records show that seven men dropped dead after being vaccinated.
A report from US Secretary of War Henry L Stimson not only verified these deaths but also stated that there had been 63 deaths and 28,585 cases of hepatitis as a direct result of yellow fever vaccination during only six months of the war.
That was only one of the 14 to 25 shots given to recruits.
Army records also reveal that after vaccination became compulsory in the US Army in 1911, not only did typhoid increase rapidly but all other vaccinal diseases increased at an alarming rate.
After America entered the war in 1917, the death rate from typhoid vaccination rose to the highest point in the history of the US Army.
The deaths occurred after the shots were given in sanitary American hospitals and well-supervised army camps in France, where sanitation had been practised for years.
The report of the Surgeon-General of the US Army shows that during 1917 there were admitted into the army hospitals 19,608 men suffering from anti-typhoid inoculation and vaccinia.
This takes no account of those whose vaccine diseases were attributed to other causes.
The army doctors knew all these cases of disease and death were due to vaccination and were honest enough to admit it in their medical reports.
When army doctors tried to suppress the symptoms of typhoid with a stronger vaccine, it caused a worse form of typhoid paratyphoid.
But when they concocted an even stronger vaccine to suppress that one, they created an even worse disease Spanish flu.
After the war, this was one of the vaccines used to protect a panic-stricken world from the soldiers returning from WWI battlefronts infected with dangerous diseases.
I remember how Jonas Salk said about the SV40 cancer-virus contaminated polio vaccines (which is an entirely new scam) that the vaccines of the 1950s and 60s were rather primitive. Yeah - but those from 1918 were certainly top-notch.
The Spanish flu was a Western "flu" - even Eastern Europe and other areas not vaccinated were unaffected by it.

BTW - the live polio virus vaccines has been discontinued in the West due to massive complications (aka billions paid out to victims - never mind the not apparently damaged), but it's all good for the brown people.
The problem of course is that they could not get away with it as easily as in 1918. The "flu" via vaccination would have to work better this time around.

How would 30 million affect anything?
Not much from a global perspective.
About 55 million people die, globally, every year. An additional 30 million would represent about a 1%, rather than a normal .7%, over-all mortality rate.
Locally, the effects may be quite devastating.
Did everyone see the movie "Contagion"? I thought it well done and realistic. Good way to get your head in the game. Plus it was fun to see Gwynenth Paltrow die.
I've heard disease specialists talk about 500 million as a perfectly likely scenario. Historically die-offs can be in the 10-15% range.
The human race is heading for that now. It's just a clock, ticking down to midnight. Want to survive? Be rich, or, be single and ready to live like a cockroach, tough and resilient as hell. Have a hideout in New Zealand. You need to be able survive for 1-2 years while the riots die down and the scientists distribute cures. Science is now advanced enough that they will always eventually find a vaccine, but it's just a matter of surviving long enough.

Yes, I have seen the movie Contagion, MrLemon.

The reason that there are so many people right now is that its not because we breed so fast given that we are actually a really slow breeding species. In fact pre-industrial revolution wise population grew very slowly over centuries.
There are plenty of other animals that breeds so much faster than humans and increase their population so much faster.
No. Its because we have the ingenuity to create powerful technology and techniques that has a very disproportionate impact on our environment and other animals.
And the fact is we just make up 0.01% of all biomass indicating that we are still very few compared to everything else.
https://phys.org/news/2018-05-humans-acc...-bugs.html
We are really punching above our weight given how everything else is so much more prolific we are so much more powerful than other plants and animals as shown by this paper here:
http://www.pnas.org/content/early/2018/05/15/1711842115
Its because we are not dying so much(compared to the past) due to improvements in medical technology that we have so many people and increase so fast.
Even in prehistoric times we do not die as often as other animals from birth to old age. We are still relatively long-lived even back then.

100% - at the latest when the universe ends in a few billion years.
Nothing lasts forever.
Currently the estimations about our universe's entropy and our sun are 5 billion years
Time is just a state of mind. No mind means you have no time.
A few billion years from now when the universe ends seems like a lot of time. But for those who are born in that period, they will have no time to look forward too.
Five billion years ago when earth and universe was formed - that is also a lot of time -- but for us alive today that time has already passed.
If it was your last day on earth you also would have no time to look forward to.
Hence there really is no such thing as time. It is only created by the mind.

Does it really matter what will be the cause. Depopulation is an outcome that I am of the opinion will occur - it is the next phase. And a number of factors support that it will happen in the next 100 years.
Many in the scientific and academic community do not not discuss this topic.
The avoidance of discussion is more interesting.
The west with all its holly wood glamour has made Death to be a fearful and disconnected topic - when it has always been a normal aspect of nature.
There is nothing like dying and death that bring people back to reality again.
