Real question, are you actually trying now? Are you putting in at least 1 approach per day? It's easy to fall back on a host of excuses about why this or that won't work but the most dangerous thing is the excuse itself

- Start a journal documenting the active steps you're taking
- Get in a good mood long term -> set up a positive feedback loop between health and career that you will immune to women (not basing your self-esteem with your results)
- Read some material to give you some inspiration and ideas
- Keep going out and going back to the journal
- Spend time with guys who are good and learn

Repeat the above and tweak.

We can train you, coach you, go out with you but most of us here picked this up on our own and put in the time and sweat.

No shortcuts.
