I have a question i'm new to game not even really tried it to be honest. see the problem i have is when i try to be more assertive with anyone really my inner nice comes out and i feel guilty and i overthink everything and i obsess about every little thing. So the question i was hoping you guys could answer is there any techniques or strategies i can implement that will start to retrain my brain in to a more confident,assertive alpha way of thinking?

There are no easy solutions.

It's a process.

Working out, lifting, making money, having a successful career, learning Game, fucking hot girls - it's all connected.

Read up Rational Male, Heartiste Game-related works, also Rooshv, Nick Krauser, apply their wisdom.

Over time you will become a stronger man - partly also because you know that this is your inner masculinity anyway. We have to untrain what we are being taught from birth by the feminized system and the entire mass-media that trains Beta-cuck men.

I'm in my 3rd month of lifting. I am feeling better about myself and I am noticing women looking at me now, much more than before. I feel an increase in confidence but I definitely need to learn more about game. I caught myself instantly looking a way when these girls look at me and I will be working on that. It's definitely a process!

Not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for, but I'll tell you some stuff that I've been doing recently.

First off, I've been forcing myself to hold eye contact with strangers and wait for them to break it. Sometimes it really feels weird, but I feel it keeps me in a fairly assertive mindset. This doesn't just apply to girls, but also just locking eyes with strangers while walking around or something.

Next thing is, you know that little right-left-right-left dance you do with someone walking in the opposite direction? I try to force myself to pick a side and stick to it. They will always switch, not once has someone picked a side and stuck to it, they always do the opposite of what I'm doing.

This mind sound like stupid little exercises, but as someone who also struggles with being assertive and making up my mind sometimes, this has really helped me. It's helps me to stay in that mindset, and sometimes just choose something even if I'd like another 20 minutes to think about it.

Read up on body language, preferably books written by law enforcement people. Then, pay attention to your body language regularly and when it starts slipping into a submissive state, deliberately force yourself into a dominant posture.

Don't look at the girls. Look at the guys.

Watch how insecure other guys are when it comes to socializing and especially girls. See how a guy tries to impress a girl and fails. Look at how some guy pays for drinks and then gets ignored. Do you see how uncomfortable other guys are? How they struggle?

Take some time to carefully observe other guys and their behaviours. Then, take a good look at yourself and try to not be like those other guys. Do the opposite.

The only thing that has worked for me is emotional desensitization. No matter how much you try to improve your inner game, where do you always return? You are like a rubber band. No matter how much you stretch yourself, if you take a little break, the rubber band returns to its original size. So the key is the cut the rubber band. Emotionally desensitize yourself by getting rejected alot. Over-escalate on women and don't give a damn. Inner game is the hardest part of learning game. You can't do it in increments. You have to totally transform and become more masculine through rejection and failure. It's like a rights of passage where if you can't break through, you can't reproduce. The game is set up this way to prevent society to be over-run by betas.
