Do women know who the father is?
Reading a recent Rational Male post, they were interviewing a female doctor in Russia that was helping a woman get inseminated with the sperm of the man he loved in order to trick her husband into raising a kid that wasn't his. The doctor, when busted and interviewed, said that "only women know who the father is". This got me thinking, in those Maury Povich type situations where the woman was sleeping with multiple men during the time of conception, do women instinctively know who the father is even before the child is born?

I wouldn't be surprised if science validated some red pill thought on this.

But my guess in 90% of the cases is just that the beta isn't getting any sex which is how she knows.

Even hardened sluts rarely have unprotected sex with multiple guys during ovulation.

I don't get this one. Is there a fascet of some famous eugenics program I'm unfamiliar with?

Perhaps it is moderate username to post correlation. Eugenics is about selecting desired traits in the mother and father to achieve offspring with a combination of the parent's favorable traits.

You post was about the woman knowing=selecting the man whose traits her child will have. Sometimes I see people post on topics that closely relate to their user name, and I think it's interesting. The word Eugenics and a topic about who the father is are at least in the same general vein.

RE: Do women know who the father is?
Ah I see. Definitely in the same vein. I always find it funny because I didn't select my username because of any Eugenics program or the research involved. Even though I do find it fascinating because I find human evolution fascinating as well as evolutionary psychology a pretty good way to explain a lot of human instincts and well, we're on a game forum so there's lots of instinct and biological relevance to what we discuss.

For example I can see a lot of benifit to survival in a women having a strong sense of paternity. First and foremost to have those strong feelings probably helps with group cohesion. Also it may help women avoid the real father if there is paternity fraud (lots of stories go around about women shaking like leaves when the real father encounters her spouse and offspring, probably a throwback to being scared the fraudee would kill her and her children or the real father would).

Women just probably think "damn that sex was so good. He must be the daddy" but its probably more complex. Ovulation, strength and quality of sperm, pheremone signature of the dude banging her increasing her receptiveness and quality of sex. Female orgasms increase chance of conception etc.

Of course I have no proof or at least none I want to go track down so; I think women know or have a very strong indication who the real fathers are.

Not only do women know, they're the only ones that know.
That's why children take the name of the father - it's the only thing a man has that he can be sure will be passed on.

This is anecdotal evidence, but from my experience, girls get knocked up more by the guys they want to get knocked up by. Somehow, their minds transmit the message to their body that this is the guy they want to have a child of. Hence I believe a girl that is in love with you is more likely to be knocked up than some tinder slut or one night stand that doesn't really care about you.

Not sure if there is any science to back this up.

There is truth to this. In the book Sperm Wars, the author discusses (with scientific basis) that it is more likely a woman will get pregnant from a single encounter with a dominant, more physically impressive man than her safe, provider type boyfriend or husband. If I remember correctly (been a few years since I read the book), it had something to do with her body's response (reproductive system ramping up, releasing more eggs, becoming more fertile, etc.) in the presence of the superior and more desirable man.

Women can lie to themselves and sometimes they don't know. But usually they fuck the hottest guy during ovulation. There are studies out there that say that women often go out on their girl's night out and deny sex to their husbands. When that happens, then you know and she knows, but men are trained to be cucks now anyway.

They both know and don't know. They can not know and convince themselves they know. Or they can know and convince themselves they don't. Or they can not know, until they are in a fight, and use the knowledge against their husbands.

I was once in a relationship with a woman and had a stepson, and she even tried to convince me not to know with a years long propaganda campaign. Any time I did anything fun or meaningful with my stepson, she'd say, "He's YOUR son."

This is women we are talking about. Pragmatists to the bitter end.

How would a woman know who the father is when they don't know who their own is?

You always know who the mother is, but the father is always a mystery without DNA testing.

Of course they know. But they get a free vacation and appearance fee if they act like it could be 1 of 50 dudes. Then they freak out in hopes of coming back for a followup episode. It's always about a payday. Even when they're there with the father trying to get child support, something they could easily have done by their local family court, they go on TV for some $.

Yes. I believe it was some guy from Puerto Rico. He had to sign no custody agreements.
