Which is the most underrated EE country for women?
Let's assume the line dividing east and west would be the old Soviet Bloc.

Baltic States included, former Yugoslavia, Poland, Czech Rep, Slovakia etc., and anywhere to the east.

Every single EE country I personally have been to has neither been overrated nor underrated.
