One hour day is way too much, especially for a beginner. I got significant gains in the first 6 months in both length and girth from only 10 minutes jelqing a day, 5 days per week. And I don't agree that if you stop gains disappear. I've taken breaks here and there and didn't lose gains.

Not sure if that first comment was a joke or not. I will answer anyway. Their vaginas, depending on their individual anatomy and what they do for physical and vaginal exercise, expand even after the sex is over. If a man pays attention, you can tell by focusing on a woman's vagina mentally even when she has clothing on when she most recently has had sex unless they overpower you mentally to not do so. After having sex with a man with a particularly thick penis their vaginas do not retract completely meaning inside not just the lips. This is a real thing. It is a matter of time and it depends on the woman before the vagina changes back. It also affects how they behave at that time. Just to be realistic about this, women also spend lots of time planning farting and releasing feces from their bodies before dating men and especially sexual intercourse especially if they are social daters and not conservative about sexual practices (let's say multiple sexual partners for now). They have a certain anatomy and take time to make certain things happen and not happen before a date. This is part of their scheduling of dates. It usually comes down to cleanliness and appearance and hygiene, their farts and feces, and if they have multiple male sexual partners they figure out where you need to fall in their penis schedule. So to answer your question it is often an unspoken thing, no banner or shout out. 7 hours a week is not much of a time commitment to anything. That is a basic gym time commitment to an average human that does not even factor driving time, hygiene, and the most important part which is food. A proper decent commitment to even looking good for being physically attractive from the gym life is about 20 hours a week. Shopping for food, cooking the food, stretching muscles, time spent working out strenuously, and there is much more and that still appears as a decent looking body with time compared to athletes and to women is not a physical performance body even if it appears as such.

Many Americans drive 7 hours a week for decades and cannot properly drive unless they go in straight lines in normal conditions and that is just driving. 7 hours is not much of anything. It is a beginning, especially in penis enlargement.
