Man duped straight men into sex by claiming to be a woman

Quote:A man who tricked four men into having sex with him after telling them he was a woman has been found guilty.

Duarte Xavier, 34, was a liar and a fantasist who carried out his crimes over several years, Kingston Crown Court was told.

It heard he used online dating websites to masquerade as a female called "Ana".

Xavier would speak to some via video and sent provocative pictures before inviting them to his flat in Wandsworth, South London.

But as soon as the men arrived they were ordered to put on a blindfold and not to touch "Ana".

On the first incident in February 2016, a 45-year-old man had been communicating with "Ana" through a dating app and arranged to meet her at her flat.

On arrival, the man followed the blindfolding instructions. The pair began having sex when the man realised something was wrong.

He removed the blindfold and saw Xavier before fleeing from the flat.

On 15 October 2017, a 29-year-old male messaged "Ana" via a dating app and received a response that 'she' was a recently single female 'looking for a bit of fun'.

After talking on WhatsApp and exchanging pictures they arranged to meet for sex.

On arriving at the flat, the victim was ordered to put on a blindfold and he heard what he thought was a female voice saying: "Stay there, don't take off and don't move the mask."

The victim felt someone approach from behind and pull the blindfold tighter and was led to another room where a sex act took place.

But the victim took off the blindfold and saw Xavier before immediately leaving the flat.

The court heard Xavier began sending messages to the victim, apologising and saying there had been a misunderstanding.

The victim reported the incident to police and Xavier was arrested on 16 October 2017 on suspicion of causing sexual activity with another person without consent and was released under investigation.

Xavier claimed his third victim in April 2018 when a 26-year-old man who had been looking for sex with women on a website received a message from "Ana" advertising herself as a 35-year-old woman.

They arranged to meet on the condition that "Ana" had to conceal her identity because she was married.

They met at the Wandsworth flat which was in darkness when the victim arrived.

He shouted "hello" and was told to close the door and come upstairs.

As he did so, he felt someone grab him and pull his trousers down and an item, believed to be a pillowcase, was pulled over his head.

But the victim managed to struggle and use the light from his mobile to discover Xavier.

He called police and Xavier was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault and later charged with two counts of causing a male aged 13 or over in a penetrative sexual activity and sexual assault.

He was remanded in custody and later bailed at Wimbledon magistrates' court.

A fourth victim was discovered when detectives searched mobile phones they seized from Xavier's flat.

The victim had gone to a secluded area and 'Ana' then arrived and performed a sexual act on him before they had sex. 'Ana' then left and the victim was left entirely unaware that he had had sex with Xavier.

Detective Constable Lucy Marsh, of Wandsworth police, said: "The crimes Xavier committed are unique in their depravity; all of the victims had no reason to believe that they were not engaging with a woman and all have stated unequivocally that they would never have given their consent to sexual relations with another man.

"Xavier has demonstrated extreme manipulation and cunning in order to satisfy his own sexual gratification, setting bizarre conditions that the victims adhered to in the belief that they were part of the experience.

"He is a sexual predator and I hope the victims, all of whom were traumatised by their experiences, will now feel that they have achieved some justice. I thank them for their bravery not only in telling us of their ordeals, but in facing difficult and challenging questions throughout the judicial process.

Wasn't there some time ago a topic about a guy that claimed to be a tall white dude but was an Indian? And he had sex with several women and told to meet him and get blindfold as well?
And the women did so, even they never meet before.

The only case about a blindfold I did know in Germany that turned out bad was about a student couple. The girlfriend blindfold the man and bound him to the bed. Then used a chainsaw and killed him. Her soon new boyfriend get aware of this and they buried the corps in the garden. The case was just solved about 10 years later, when they start to talk to some friends what they did.

This is really it though.

England is actually not cucked on this issue, crazy I know.

You can't lie about your sex when having sex in England and the courts show it. You're right though, we need to have a test case for trannies.

All of these cases involve a blindfold and/or a pitch black scenario with lights out. Always.

People are so starved of intimacy in the West--of any kind--that they are agreeing to have sexual relations without even really knowing what their partner looks like.

Amazing and truly sad.

Judge Michael Hunter said: "By pretending that you were an attractive and sexually adventurous young woman, you tempted them into engaging in sex with you.

"You have demonstrated no remorse or understanding of the position of your victims."

One of his victims was diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), the court heard.

'Waiting list'

Xavier, who committed his offences between February 2016 and April 2018, was arrested twice and released pending inquiries, but he was not charged until his third arrest in April.

The judge questioned whether Xavier was free to offend on bail because his victims were heterosexual men and therefore treated as less of a priority.

Addressing Det Con Lucy Marsh, he said: "It's very rare for a heterosexual male to be a victim of a sexual offence, as we know.

"I hope the fact that these victims were heterosexual males did not cause them to be put rather lower in the list of priorities?"

Det Con Marsh rejected the suggestion and said a "waiting list" for downloading mobile phone evidence led to a delay in the investigation.

'Own sick fantasy'

Xavier was reported to police after a victim removed his blindfold mid-encounter.

The court heard one victim has been diagnosed with PTSD after being used for Xavier's "own sick fantasy".

He said: "He was so convincing. It was supposed to be a bit of honest fun between two consenting adults.

"I was a people person before and loved meeting new people. Now I feel I'm carrying around a dark secret that will always be part of me. I hope one day I can learn to trust people again."
