Anyone take Viagra with Peyronie's Disease?
I'm at my wits end... I am just over 40 and have had ED issues for years. Normally it has not been a huge problem, but this year, it is driving me nuts. I have attempted to follow some of the suggestions on this forum, e.g. stop watching porn, do exercise, stop masturbating for a period of time, etc. Sometimes it helps other times it makes it worse. But recently the ED has become a huge issue. 70% of the time I try to have sex I just cannot get hard enough or cannot stay hard long enough. Other days are fine. Morning wood is fine. I have viagra, just never dared to take it, because I read that people with Peyronie's Disease (curvature of the penis) probably shouldn't take it. But to be honest I am not sure if I have true Peyronie's Disease. My penis curves, but is it caused by the disease, I have no idea. Not planning on seeing a doctor for this, I can get Viagra OTC and planned to start with a very small dose to see what happens. I am not sure if Cialis has the same issues as Viagra or not, I have to check. But I am wondering if anyone in the forums has ED and takes Viagra with Peyronie's Disease with any issues?
I want to test it, maybe it will bring back some amount of confidence that I won't need to use it every time. That is my hope. I don't want to rely on meds. I have been feeling very horny recently, but even with working girls I am not able to perform at all. It is really frustrating.

RE: Anyone take Viagra with Peyronie's Disease?
I don't smoke, rarely drink. I am not over weight - though have a little belly. My BMI is normal. I lift weights twice a week and do quite a bit of walking. I have just read that Cialis may be better and can work with both conditions. I have had this problem for at least 20 years. But recently it is effecting me more.
I can get an erection, just not every time, as I said, recently with a girl it is about 30-40% of the time only. With my hand, I can. In the morning it is natural, sometimes it is extremely strong. So there is blood flow for sure.
I only wear a condom, no barebacking. Also condoms for BJs.
From the information I just read, cialis seems to be good for Peyronie's disease, and some reports for viagra as well, but viagra seems has some negative things on it also, so it seems cialis is safer.
I understand your point about seeing a doctor, but either having them inject shit in my dick to get a boner or bringing a picture for them to see is a bit embarrassing. I know what you mean about causing more damage also. As I live in Asia, it's a bit..... uncomfortable. And I am not sure if Asian men have the same issue, so they may not be aware of it. I will consider to see a doctor, it's just suddenly becoming more of an issue...

RE: Anyone take Viagra with Peyronie's Disease?
BBinger, understood. I was thinking about the risk of Cialis also after I posted that, because it does stay in the body much longer. Online says 5mg is enough for sex 1-2 week, but yeah, it stays in the body for 36 hours which could have more issues, I agree.
But as I said it doesn't happen all the time, but the ED has been with me for 20 years. I just never talked to a doctor about it. I always figured it was just me and the masturbation and porn issues. I can change my diet more also.
Normally once I get inside the girl I can go for awhile, but this year I have felt even softening inside while having sex. I figured it was just age, but still wondering. But you are right, it could be something other than just ED.
I have had raw sex before, a lot, but most of the girls recently I am having sex with are working girls. I know this forum kinda frowns on that, but I have my own perspective and it does not relate to them just being easy, I can get normal girls, just choose not to. But the ED issue is not new tot his year. But I still remember last year I had sex with three girls in a period of 7 hours with little issue. The last one had to help me just a bit, but nothing like this year... Alright... I'll be on the lookout for a doctor in the weeks ahead.

BBinger, so then, in your opinion, what is the next step you are referring to?
Spaniard, I am aware of BJs, I just don't do them without protection. And yes, sometimes I still cannot get hard. I don't do BJs without a condom with those I don't know. I was with a WG today, really good looking, hand job for 30 minutes, got hard 3-4 times, inserted, then went soft, started over again, and finally my time was up, and that was that. I have had issues with uncovered BJs as well and also insertion and going soft even RAW. It is happening more and more than older I get, but the fact that it was happening even in my 20s raises some flags.
I think the most problematic thing is, I can get hard, but cannot keep it hard....
I have made an appointment with a urologist for this Friday. Gonna be an awkward day....

Doctors, like policemen, have seen it all. Your case doesn't even register as remarkable compared to what an average doctor has seen. Now guys with a penis injury because they masturbated using a vacuum cleaner, those are the ones who might find the visit awkward.
Personally, I think this is a case of psychological impotence. For whatever reason, you're just not aroused. But you need the doctor to first rule out physiological (bodily) issues. Then, with his approval, try Viagra/Cialis at home. Then try Viagra/Cialis with a working girl (with condom). Then Viagra/Cialis with a civilian (with condom). Then, when your confidence is back, you can experiment dropping the Viagra/Cialis.

And I have another issue now.. I went through all the cock photos I have and every single one of them is with lube/lotion. Nice and shiny.. and sometimes white... haha. My appointment is Friday... Do I need to take new ones, or does it really matter?
If you cannot stay hard, you might have low Testosterone issues as well. 10mg of Cialis or get your blood work done and get on TRT. You could also do both and really kill the problem.
Anything else you do is likely mental masturbation. It's your time, up to you.

RE: Anyone take Viagra with Peyronie's Disease?
Roberto, not trolling, and everyone has their opinions. I kept this out of the game forum for the exact purpose you are complaining about. I have a different perspective on P4P than you do. But let's leave it where it lies. And just for the record I don't only sleep with WGs. I am capable and do sleep with normal women.
TravelerKai, I am curious about your statement about mental masturbation... If the term is exactly as it sounds, this sounds to me like psyching oneself up to get laid, but way overly? Not getting an erection during the thoughts, but the thoughts persist enough to keep the hormones up all day, and then when it is time to do the deed you cannot get aroused enough to get an erection because you have been thinking about it all day??? That has happened to me a couple of times this year. I try to prevent myself from masturbating so that I have enough stamina for the girl, but then end up thinking about it all day. Whereas if I masturbate once, it releases the chemicals and then I rest, then sometimes I am able to perform again after 12-24 hours with a girl. Is this at all what you are talking about?
The fact that morning wood is strong, I would think I have no testosterone issues, also during the day I can still get hard. I do think there are some performance issues attached to the psychological aspect of actually being with a girl. Thinking too much about the act itself perhaps before it starts, I am not sure.
Seeing the doctor today in a few hours.

Take it this is trolling, but if it isn`t; Peyronie's is usually resulting from sexual trauma, so if you just have a curved penis (congenital) than this is not the issue.
I would try dietary changes like a higher sat fat Paleo diet to address ED. Good fats from such a diet, included some added fats like extra virgin coconut oil etc, will have a positive effect on your T levels, and usually libido as well. All hormones in the body are formed from fat, and T is formed from saturated fat for the most part.
"Our results indicate that in men a decrease in dietary fat content and an increase in the degree of unsaturation of fatty acids reduces the serum concentrations of androstenedione, testosterone and free testosterone." https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/6538617
We will stomp to the top with the wind in our teeth.

RE: Anyone take Viagra with Peyronie's Disease?
Johnny, it is not trolling, and I am sort of getting tired of hearing that word in my thread.
There was no sexual trauma to my dick, I have had it since I can remember. If there was trauma it was when I was really young... can't remember, way too late to think about that now.
After the doctor's visit, it's been confirmed that it is Peyronies. My curve is over 30%, only treatment is surgery which I am not about to do. He said provided there is no pain then let it go. Doctor said I can try viagra 50mg to start. Also said I can try Cialis, but recommends Viagra first just simply because of the half life is much less. He also thinks the ED could be more psychological than pathological.
I opted not to do the testosterone test because I will have a full body check up later this month and will just do everything together and then bring the report back to the doctor if any issues. I will ask for the additional testosterone test during this time.
As for Paleo, why not Keto? I can add coconut oil or some other good fats.
And thanks for the report, I will give it a read.
I would like to try to stay off taking drugs if I can.
