Basically I had 2 plates and one I have been wanting to drop because the bitch is just fucking nuts in the noggin. So on day 3 of No Fap November, I drop the fucking bitch. On day 4 I basically spill the beans way to early and tell the other chick I would be ok w/a relationship (I was drunk, no excuses) but I want more time. I think it makes me want to approach a hell of a lot more, so in that way it helps for sure.

The downside, is that it does make me a little bit desperate. It feels like the girl has a lot of power over me. I can see pros and cons.

And also, when I have to work, i find I can't relax and focus well if I go over 3 or 4 days without busting a nut.

While I am fan of this challenge (actually it's not really a challenge, more of a healthy approach) I admit it has some disadvantages, at least in my case.
Biggest takeaway would be that this is not suitable for everyone, for very particular reasons. While NoPorn is suitable for everyone and everyone should do it, NoFap part is not.
If you are a virgin, incel, have bad looks, bad game, etc. NoFap would make you completely devoid of all sexual release and make you thirsty and we all know that when you are thirsty, you can spit just bad game. In the mentioned cases, simple moderate usage of fapping would be enough.
NoFap is actually for those who have regular access to pussy and can have sexual release any time they want.

Currently I have a couple of brand new opportunities but they are not sexual yet in nature because of mentallity of girls and the way I met them (social circle game). In my case it is currently difficult for me to do NoFap because I can't vent myself yet with those girls. Never in a million years would I be able to pull off No Fap in my 20's lol. Now in my mid-30's I've come close to a calendar year with No Fapping (but certainly not No Banging hahah. But lemme tell ya sometimes that wait in between lays is absolutely brutal. I'm sure the gaps would be quite a bit less if I was in a bigger city. I haven't fapped in years, I don't watch porn, it doesn't make you desperate (depends on your mindset), it can make you horny.

There are ways to control all of this, spinning plates, going on dates, working out, and channeling your energy.


Ask yourself this, how do you feel after fapping? A bit cheated, lethargic, wasted time, that post coital bliss is less and less.

The only good thing about fapping is if you're making decisions with females, getting that nut gets your head on your shoulders put on straight.

Some newbies go to some extremes when it comes to no fap.

It's not for the faint of heart, so I'd advise doing this in streaks instead of quitting cold turkey.

For me, yes. If I'm extra horny and hurting for a nut then it will make me desperate and thirsty and I might go to extra lengths and do/say things I would regret later. Here's what I've noticed with the Nofap thing. If you're gonna do it, don't do it for the sake of pussy.

The way I see it, eschewing masturbation is a way to take back control where in most men, females hold all the power over them.

The point is to rob them of that control. Therefore you should avoid ALL stimulation. Naturally this includes porn, ect.

I fap and I watch porn but i do so in cycles. Some months I might've jacked off 3 times other times 6 times in one week. Porn is the culprit for 99% of men not fapping so get it out of your heads that fapping is somehow wrong. Any sex therapist worth a hoot will tell you that.
