What's even worse is that some of the people at that bar who were in/witnessed that shooting were the Route 91 shooting last year where I lost a best friend of mine.

This faggot knew what he was doing, trained marine, witnesses said we reloaded smooth and fast. (Someone mentioned smoke bombs, that's being strategic).

Law history said he was the victim of a fight, last run in with the cops was in April, he wasn't 51/50'ed.

Time will tell what he did in the service, if he had PTSD, neighbors said he was troubled.

Truth will come out about his political views.


My heart goes out to those who were killed, wounded, and suffered trauma from this.

First off , God bless that LEO - he bravely rushed in and paid with his life.

Second , this shooter was a Marine and likely had very good aim- he also knows that to defeat soft armour you just need to group multiple shots together or shoot for the head (even if you have to walk up the bullets from chest mass).

This just sucks all the way around, some of the victims were present at the Las Vegas shooting.

Having something like a Combat Application Tourniquet (CAT) tourniquet can save your life and is what police officers and military people carry on them now and would be considered very basic if you think you might bet shot. It is basically a strap that will stop blood from going to an extremity if you were to get shot in said extremity so that you don't bleed out.

Booboo kits is different from a trauma kit and would include basic stuff like bandaids.

I should also do a refresher course on CPR because it has been so long.

There is a guy on youtube named SkinnyMedic who posts good videos. He posts gear reviews, equipment instruction videos, after action video reports, etc

When the synagogue shooting happened they broke from normal programming and covered it all day with panels of people sitting around pontificating. Thought it would be the same today. Lot of respect for the cop that rushed in and got killed. Contrast him with the coward cop who sat outside of the Parkland shooting. It's easy to shit on police officers when they fuck up or seem to hassle people unreasonably. But there are a lot of good ones out there. This guy sacrificed his life in an effort to save people he didn't know. That is unbelievable courage and dedication, not to mention love for your fellow man. True heroism right there. As fine an example of what it means to be a man as you will ever see. Think about that the next time the media calls some guy a "hero" because he talks to a reporter about how much he enjoys dressing up as a woman. I'm an American expat who also closely follows the situation in Europe as I'm spending a few years across the pond. Besides English I speak fluent Spanish, German, and sufficient French. Understanding the realities on the ground on both sides of the Atlantic I must tell you guys that I am getting increasingly pissed off as I see our side racking up the death count without any counter response whatsoever. And if it's not our people getting murdered it's our children and women being systemically harassed, attacked, and even raped. I'm sure you are aware.

Yeah this guy was a VERY good shot, supposedly he had a .45, probably a 1911 if he's an ex-service guy, so he was well trained on a weapon like that most likely. 1911s are only 7 shots per clip, so he must have reloaded multiple times, or had a pocket full of pre-loaded clips. It blows the "assault rifle ban" contingent out the window though, which is why I suspect major media outlets aren't capitalizing on this tragedy...yet. He used one of the most common guns in the world, that has been used in US combat for many decades. It shows a well trained marine with an easily concealable handgun can cause far more damage than any novice with a 30-rd AR-15.
