I am USA citizen but I am looking to marry a foreign woman from my homeland which I am citizen of also.

I think here is the USA a woman can only divorce rape you if you are legally married but not if only religiously?

But to bring a woman from a foreign country to the USA you need a fiance visa which gives you a few months before you have to get married, I think.

Can I avoid this marrying her in my just homeland?

My goal is to marry her without her being able to take my assets if we divorce, or is a better way hide my assets? If I did this how would I do it? I can't hide my paycheck.

I am not a lawyer, but a marriage is a marriage no matter where you get married. If it's an official marriage with a marriage certificate, it can be used in divorce in the USA and your future wife can claim some of your assets.

Best way to manage that is to live in the shit hole with her, and drip feed your finances from the west, in ways she knows nothing about.

1: You will still need a I-129 Visa to bring your fiance/wife to the United States no matter where the marriage takes place. It does not matter if you first marry her overseas, outside of the United States and then try to bring her into the United States. She will need a I-129 visa.

2: It does not matter if the marriage is a legal or religious only ceremony for US Divorce law. Once your wife is in the United States, she will be able to use the state divorce laws just like any other spouse could. She could also 'forum shop' and move to a state that had what she felt are better divorce laws for her situation or circumstances. Also note that since she is here under a I-129, she will be considered legally married, no matter what the ceremony was. (Remember, if you are not married when she enters the United States you have 90 days to get married otherwise she has to exit the United States.)

3: Do NOT try to hide assets, from a divorce proceeding, if you are married and in the United States, especially if we are talking a large amount. While you 'may' get away with it, if you get caught you might not only end up with half or more of your assets gone in a divorce, but you could also get some jail time.

4: As a side note, if you are already concerned about losing half in a divorce to this woman and you are not even married yet, WHY WOULD YOU MARRY HER?

How does getting married to her have any benefit to or for you whatever?
She will get all kinds of benefits, especially where at any point she can take half your stuff, and maybe get alimony for a long time, just because she 'feels like it'.

Have you already accumulated the assets you are trying to protect, or are you referring to future assets?

Does she have many divorced friends in her social circle?

Obviously the answer to your question is to live in a country that doesn't have divorce rape practices in the courts.

You could explore two ways:

1. Write a prenuptial agreeement with her in the US and make her sign before marriage. You need a good lawyer because a poorly written prenup may be invalid.

2. Check the divorce laws in your home country. If they are more favorable to you than in the US (they certainly are), marry there. When you feel that your marriage is getting sour, fly there and file for divorce there. Since the local judge will make a ruling, the US judge will refuse to hear the divorce (I think - check with lawyers). Be careful though that if your wife files first in the US you are done.

I read some rumors online in Georgia that some foreign men claim you can do a "religious marriage" with a Georgian woman, which isn't recognized by the state and yet the chick is chill with it. Not sure if I could buy it because in my entire time in Georgia I only ever met a handful of westerners and none were involved with Georgian women (and I have a hard time believing a Georgian woman would want to get involved with a Turk or an Indian).

1- write an agreement stating that in case of divorce all belongings which were yours go back to you and which were hers go back to hers
2- dont declare your salary
3- work on the legal provisions of that said country. some countries are not anti-men like most of rich countries,.

I'm not a lawyer and I don't live in the US but like the previous poster mentioned, drip feed funds into the poorer country. Avoid marriage if possible, if inescapable do it in the poor country. Yes she can divorce rape you in the states but it's practically impossible since she does not have the funds to procure a lawyer or to travel to the US and stay there long enough. For her coming to the US only to divorce rape you is a costly endeavour and women are not known for risk taking behaviour. Just be careful that she will beg you to bring her to the US and ask to provide for frivolous things. She will even cry for it. Say no. A woman that gets what she wants without earnings it is a step away from leaving you.

Once you are in the u.s. you are at risk of divorce rape.

There are some planning opportunities ahead if time but the real problem is all states are effective ly community property states, even if they don't call it that. Every thing you earn or create during the marriage is at risk.

You'd have to do a pre-nup agreement.

Contrary to popular belief however pre-nups have to be fair and reasonable, they can't be one-sided or obviously screw the woman.

The other alternative is to do property vodoo, as was mentioned above already, ie set up trusts, put your assets in companies where the shareholders are trustee, in other words hide your assets and make them next to impossible to track down. Only really an option if you are very wealthy as you'd need good quality advisers.

You will be asked about assets, including trusts, during discovery. If you lie, you just committed felony perjury. I have written about this extensively in the past and I now call it Crimson Red Pill Dread game.

IIRC There was a good write up in one of the RVF Crypto threads on how to scrub Cryptos - basically buy litecoin or BTC on Coinbase or Gemini - Transfer to Kucoin - Buy Monero - transfer Monero to Binance buy back some top 10 Cryptos as a private Crypto fund on Binance like BTC, BCH, Monero, Dash, Ripple, Steller, EOS, Cardano, Litecoin and Zcash. Then find a few good hardware wallets that allow you to store these Cryptos and write down your paper wallet codes.

Hide them in a locked firesafe inside a locked File Cabinet or sealed in a zip lock back with dehydration packs and buried in a sealed plastic container deep in your flower or veggie garden below a metal detectors' maximum detection range (of metals in the HW wallet circuit boards). Remember to pace off exact paces from a known landmark like the corner of your home foundation. Never tell her or anyone else where this is buried and only leave cryptic mention (treasure map) in your final will.

I would like to post some follow up comments about a few things people have written since my last comment:

1: Religious marriage not being valid for purposes of a divorce. As I mentioned before, if you bring her to the United States under a I-129 visa, you are going to either have to marry her at some point. No matter how (religious or legal) and where you marry her (inside USA or outside USA), if she is in the United States under a I-129 visa, she WILL legally be considered your wife and able to take advantage of the state divorce laws.

2: Prenups, while in theory a good idea, usually do not work as intended when they are needed. There are all kinds of cases of judges finding 'a problem' with a prenup and invalidating it. While having a prenup is better than having no prenup when there is a divorce, thinking you are all set seems to be misguided.

3: Hiding Assets. Do NOT do it. People are coming up with all kinds of schemes to hide assets and keep control of assets, but all of those things have problems plus you will be doing all kinds of work to hide and/or keep control. Bitcoin - What is something goes wrong, like it gets hacked or the media degrades, etc, Now all your money is gone. I already related the disaster that lying and getting caught could be with the story of the woman who hid the fact that she won the lottery and lost all of the winnings.

4: None legal marriages. People have mentioned something like having a ceremony in a meadow or such, but even that is not working anymore. I seem to recall a recent law in Australia where if a man and woman lived together (co habitated) for two or more years, they would be considered married for purposes of divorce. So basically, some guys, while they wanted to live with a woman, they did NOT want to be married to her, probably in part to avoid any possibility of divorce. So the state changed the rules and made it that they were subject to those laws.

5: Why is getting married so important. So far OP, you have not told us why or what benefit you will have in getting married; and as a matter of fact, it sounds like there is all kinds of risk on your part in getting married. It sounds like to me that you are being told by the woman that if you don't get married the relationship is over. To that I would recommend you find someone else to be with otherwise I expect within five years you will be back her relating how you are being taken to the cleaners in divorce court.

Agreed on all points, common law marriage is being slipped in to force men to marry women in the face of divorce rape laws. Pre-nups are regularly thrown out by judges even when done 'correctly'. Once you bring her to the US, legally, you are subject to the US kangaroo court system that will do everything in it's power to fuck you.

Some points on Bitcoin:

-Like anything, there are built in risks. People losing their private keys is a risk people are will to put up with because the alternative is you don't control your money. If you aren't careful, like most things , you will get rekked.

-Bitcoin has never been hacked since it's inception, only people's PC's/phones are getting hacked and this is guarded against by using a hardware wallet and back up phrase stored physically.

-it is very easy to obfuscate or hide your assets with crypto. Simply not mentioning you have any to your spouse will probably avoid a lot of problems. Purchase and withdraw outside the US, ideally with different passports. You can even claim you were 'hacked' or lost your private keys in a boating accident. There is no recourse for the law to confiscate or freeze your Bitcoin. They can confiscate lottery winnings only because a bank somewhere holds these funds. As far as I know, no court has been able to confiscate Bitcoin, I just see dumb criminals giving up their keys hoping for a more lenient sentence that doesn't seem to materialise.

Why do you guys refuse to get married ? A non-married life is not a serious wife. I believe we have the role to keep the traditions of our civilisations and make them great again. We have to marry and make sure the wedding doesn't fail.
Arduous task but to the braves nothing is impossible. Refusing to get married looks more to me like a lack of responsibility. Although I admit this is very difficult in the west to find the right women.
But let's use globalism to our advantage. The world is big. Better to earn small and have a good wife and kid somewhere where you're free and feel good than having a good job , earn a lot and suffer with women.
