All, I've just moved to Seville, and having spent a year in Lisbon before this, I realised (and through the wisdom of the brothers on here), that the whole 'Friends with people from my Barrio til the day I die' mentality is probably prevalent in all countries. This makes it more difficult to break into social circles of locals. In Portugal (a sexual Death Valley if ever there was one), the best places to hang out were the Brazilian Clubs.

Therefore, the best place to hang out and meet new friends without the Barrio attitude is going to the places where other Expats hang out, and I'm not talking about Backpacker hostels and Irish Bars (these are for tourists).

So, if any brothers in here know of the places in Seville where the South Americans hang out, or Expats in general, then do please share the love

If you’re going to meet Latinos in Spain, it would be in your best interest to speak Spanish well, with that in mind it’s muchas gracias, not muchos.

I almost had an aneurysm reading this. Let me see if I have it straight:

You moved to Seville from Lisbon
"Realized" (X) is "everywhere"
Concluded something totally unrelated to (X) for no reason whatsoever

(introduce assumption--which is not an assumption--just a phrase: Portugal cool places → Brazilian Clubs--which is a conclusion). Then you abandon this conclusion you offered with no assumptions nor support...

Moving on:

"Therefore" introduces a conclusion with no assumptions (again), only 3 other preceding conclusions exist, which have nothing to do with one another... The best places to hang out with people not representative of (X), is to go where Expats hang out (no locations offered, but excluding Irish Bars--known by the Irish to be "pubs"--and Backpacker hostels, which suggests there are hostels not belonging to backpackers which would be okay to find NOT (X),) which is what we seek, but "Expats" has a meaning and by this you say "South Americans" but then separate them from "Expats in general" and wonder where they all hang out (in the world, presumably) then ask if any "brothers" know of any specific place in Seville where South Americans and Expats (but not expats of South America???). South America is a continent... You can't expatriate from a continent. And who the fuck are these "expats" of which you are speaking? Expats from where? What the fuck are you talking about it. It's like I'm reading English, but it's not really English. It's not even really "language."

And then you ask for "love" and close it off with a grammatically incorrect thingy in psuedo-Spanish (sort of).

I award you no points and may God have mercy on your soul.

I'm the Holder of 2 passports, and lived in 7 different countries as a working Professional for over 16 years, and lost count on the countries I've been to at over 50. I've also trained as a Life Coach, and received training in intercultural studies during my business degree, and when I joined one of the largest banks in the world, in their Hong Kong office. How about you Champ?

I'm also a Brit and its interesting how you are trying to give me language lessons.

Your response is just a reflection of the frustration and anger you are currently feeling in your life, in which a poster on a forum was able to trigger by writing something that you didn't like, or didn't 'fit' entirely with your world view. With this in mind, I think there's probably an element of 'control freak' in you, which you haven't yet addressed and has probably been the source of several failed relationships in the past, and rejections by women before relationship status was achieved.

I'd also say that in searching for answers for your own inadequacies, you found the 'manosphere' and Rooshs work, but the real work with you has yet to begin. The 'Inner Child' with you is clearly very hurt. Its OK to learn pick up skills, but unless your raise your consciousness and clear this trauma, you're still an Asshole, but just an Asshole but now with pick up skills.

Aside from Seville you can find a network of Latinos working legally and illegally in Spain. As aforementioned hit the salsa clubs etc if you're seeking Latinas.

Excuse me if I'm ignorant, but don't Spaniards in Spain consider Latinos to be "lower" than them? I find Latinas from South America to be warmer, friendlier and more beautiful than Spanish women in Spain.

Madrid is supposed to be a hardcore Spaniard city. Barcelona is fighting for an independent Catalonia. Seville, I have no idea.

Sevilla is hardcore Spain. As all of Andalucia, that has the core of the Spanish culture known worldwide, flamenco, corrida, jamon, etc...

As for OP too bad he got banned this had potential for some more laughs.

Anyway, he does not miss Lisbon, and seems Lisbon will not miss him.
