Alright so I've been in the game over 8 years, very experienced. Helped other guys in mentorship to up their results, been apart of pick up groups in a handful of countries, met many PUA coaches and there's a common debate that comes up. Some guys say its all about Quality and that's all that matters. They claim they only bang top tier but have low laycounts, dont seem to have solid mindsets and subskill sets of game due to lack of reps and experience. Then you get a lot of guys all pro laycount, approach reps, date reps , lay count and rotation building and less emphasis on quality. From my experience the guys who go to quality driven compartmentalize women in their mind so much on the assumed numerical value that they have trouble connecting with girls as humans and just flat out lack the reps and experience to get laid with them consistently. They use the moral high ground of quality and the cop out that they "could bang a bunch of 6's" but their phone is empty of leads, now snl or sdls, and haven;t usually seen them even be able to bang 6s or keep them around consistently. I believe for the most part most guys need to work their way up via experience, reps, laycount, getting comfortable around women and gradually increase quality while of course mixing up quality on the way up. The best guys ive met all used this way to get good at game and they have consistent results and do bang quality mixed with average chicks here and there. Ive yet to see someone use the quality argument but actually even bang or get consistent quality without going through the gauntlet. To be fair though I do know many guys who are all laycount but create limiting beliefs on the quality they can get. Anyways anyone else's experience with quality vs quantity and the path to getting better at game and increasing lays + quality appreciated!

Go quantity but claim the whales, hambeasts and midgets you are smashing are 9/10s (as per Reddit, Bodybuilding and even here on Rooshv). If you repeat a lie enough it becomes true.

They say quantity is it's own quality, and there's something to be said for that. Fresh, brand new pussy is the best and then she usually drops a point or so by morning. That being said, exposure to quantity over time seems to increase standards. When I just started game I was psyched to bang a 5 or 6, these days I can take it or leave it and won't make any real effort.

I think its changes from quantity to quality as you progress.

At the start you want to experience all manner of women, in all different flavors.

Once you had enough of everything, you slow down and look for the quality you know you will enjoy over the bad sex with the wrong type.
