I’m not asking for the hottest, the best LTR material, the most feminine, the sweetest. I’m not even necessarily asking for the easiest. Philippines is a top pick for easiest, but from other people’s datasheets it doesn’t seem like the sluttiest.

I would guess Bangkok for Asians, somewhere in Brazil for Latinas, and Dominican Republic for black, but have only been to Bangkok.

I don't think there is any "consensus" lets say on white girls, it is just that english and aussie girls ( including swedish girls as well) have gained a well deserved reputation about how slutty they are and they do not represent white women.
