True reason is the amount of male vs female births somehow keeps going up. The statistical worldwide data currently reads 107:100, but that is more than likely a very low estimate. In countries with historically even gender ratios such as the USA, this is magnified.

autism is overdiagnosed and a fake "epidemic". most of the time it's just young boys in public school who "can't sit still" because they have no outlet (recess) to get away from the ultra-bore that is elementary school, especially for the zoomer generation, and their barely-educated-themselves female teachers simply noticing this and calling the parents to tell them they should get the kids on Ritalin (or, as has happened in the past, put on anti-ADHD drugs without the parents even knowing).
