well a digger crashed into the hotel lobby, I guess there were members of the public calling 999. Do you really expect them to not treat it initially as an emergency.

I know someone whose builder did something like that and she got the work to fix the damage done, sent the builder the bill then successfully sued the builder to meet that bill plus damages

He thought he didn't get paid when he should have but because Loyds is such a clusterfuck of a bank it had a crash on Friday. He got paid monday.

He basically went off mentally and had to do something.

Dudes who work in construction aren't known to be saints. A few years ago on a home site, some contractors took a few shits in the roofs of home they were were building.
