There was a similar case in Oregon some years back (around 2010, I think) where someone. a guy in this case, was convicted of encouraging others to commit suicide in similar circumstances. I tried to find the case on-line but do not have the time to do a through search. I don't remember the sentence. But I do remember it was substantially longer than 15 months. I think it was closer to 10 years.

You’re crazy. I’ve been with BPD chicks and most of them I feel bad for because they have serious abandonment and self-esteem issues.

Two points:

1). Even though this girl's actions were clearly repulsive, I think the judiciary may be overstepping its bounds in convicting someone for influencing the actions of another.

This opens doors for judicial abuse on the order of "He wrote a book about picking up girls, and someone who read the book abused me -- so convict the author!!" While this example may seem extreme, never underestimate how low lawyers will go to win a case -- or how people abuse the legal system for their own political gain.

2). If the girl in question is reading this, I'd like to let her know that a spread in Hustler's Barely Legal would probably pay for all those LEGAL fees (pun intended). Or would influencing her into a life of porn and debauchery get me convicted? Whatever the case, I think it would be a killer layout. (Sorry -- I can't stop punning! Somebody stop me!!)
