So this Brit soyfag with serious man tits was a fat fuck at one time. Then ten years ago he made the right decision when he decided to lose weight and get in shape. Then after a decade of “destroying my body” he saw a fat girl who he thought looked happy and now it seems he’s decided to give up fitness in favor of a return to sloth and gluttony. His new objective is to be a male body positive influencer.

He claims to have gone from a 2xl to a xs. As someone who has gone from a fat fuck to being in shape I was wearing a 1xl and now I can wear a medium t shirt. That’s as low as I’ll be able to go period. There’s no way he got that small.

He says “I’m giving up my six pack.” Looking at his pics, and knowing a thing or two about excess skin he never had a six pack. He never had much of any muscle development at all. He is the epitome of skinny fat. And those bitch tits...

The article praises him for his male body positivity bs, and at the same time the article fitness shames people who take their fitness seriously.

It's obviously unfortunate that he has been brainwashed into pursuing an unhealthy lifestyle, and is now actively trying to turn other men away from fitness/masculinity/self-improvement/health.

On the plus side, at least it might reduce male competition, making it easier for us. And if significant numbers of men start promoting their pudgy, bloated bodies all over social media, maybe more women will be put off from supporting this movement...

I was fat last year. I started a thread here at 283 and used the advice to get down to 219 (last weigh in which was around a week ago) at 6'3" (I'm not done yet though.)

Not ONCE did I think "people should accept me for what I am, fat" or "these unrealistic standards of male beauty need to be trained out of women." Because I have a male, logical mind.
