You wait two days and you text ‘Hi Tammy-Lynn, do you want to [netflix and chill/cook naked at my place/hang out together/ see a movie/whatever] tomorrow night?’

A good rule of thumb is that you will most very likely not have sex with a woman who you could not kiss the first date.

The spark you think happened on the first date is, in 99.98% of cases temporary and circumstantial. Until you seal the deal, nothing is a spark. Even after you seal the deal, nothing is sure in any case.

Netflix and chill seems a good option for a second date where you did not have sex on the first date. If the woman feels like sleeping with you, net&chill plus your logistics may be the best option.

If you have any good expo, museum or event that is logistically easy to get to for both, and not expensive, it is also a good second date. If all goes well, you may even try for netflix and chill after the event. If this is on a weekday she may not be able to due to work, so this seems like a good fri or sat plan.

Just ring her up, tell her you had a great night, and ask her to come on another date at xxx day, yyy time.

I wouldn't wait 2 days, I'd do it the next day.

If she didn't want to kiss, its a very good chance that she won't want a second date. But yeah, you call her up or text her and try to set it up.
