Does anyone know a good audibook about daygame? I'm looking for something that reasons you into approaching girls. I don't need any detailed techniques etc. Focus should be on being natural, confident and just doing it.

I think books that weren't necessarily related to pickup also helped improve my game because I would have more things to talk about. More knowledge means I can free associate and relate to the girl. Thus, reading in general will help imo.

I am not sure if any book will give you the confidence or get rid of approach anxiety specifically, but for me reading books around game/pickup/social skills topics helped me solidify my identify and made me more grounded as a person.
