You can't generalize with this question as its going to vary per country and maybe even PER CITY!

Where I am Tinder has had a minimal effect on night game. Tinder is still heavily used but girls still go out and HOOKUP. NOT ONE girl I gamed in the night has asked for a Instagram or Snap in Germany. One thing I have noticed here is that "old habits die hard" is extremely accurate.

If the girl is interested and you can't close her now, you guys exchange numbers on Whatsapp and thats the end of that.

In fact, there was recently a holiday here on May 1st (Tanz in Den Mai) and 90% of the clubs had a line to get inside!

Nightgame here is definitely NOT dead.

If you are talking about Cologne, then it is really one of the best cities in Germany, and you cannot walk for a few meters in the summer without seeing a solid 8. Unfortunately for me, I am not there. I can also confirm that Instagram is just not relevant here.

That and immigration. They know immigrants will on the majority be mostly high poor or lower middle class so they build condos for them not say houses.
