STD Testing Women in the Third World

I've noticed you can cheaply but STD test kits that test for multiple diseases such as HIV, chlamydia, gono, etc. I have special access to these so my cost is below market value.

I feel like it would be a good idea to make all girls get tested before I smash. Obviously I know that AIDS isnt visible for the first 3 months and the viral load is contagious even when undetected in that first period, so the plan isn't fool proof but it definitely lowers my chances.

What do you guys think about the idea? Do you see it feasible to test the girls before the smash? How would you go about it?

I would just say I do it to all the girls with a strong frame, or say I'm a researcher or whatever. If they ask me to be tested I can tell them I do it every week or something.
