I’ve met and banged my fair share of African girls here in New York City. For whatever reason, I seem to do well with them, much better than with native born black women. I find many African girls to be striking, hot and they don’t have much of the attitude that American women do. However, I find that it seems very accepted in their culture that if you’re sleeping with them, you owe them some kind of financial support, such as help with school or cell phone charges, rent, etc. Since I refuse to play along, I find it leads to a breakup or decreased contact. Only a few seem to understand that this type of quasi-prostitution isn’t cool. Anyone else have similar experiences?

Yes its part of their culture, the same goes with some south american chicks.

I am in Africa so i see the same shit here. The guys here before a girl accepts to date them, they must spend some money, such as buy them credit for the phone, take them to hair salon, even take them shopping and the funny thing is that many of the times they dont even get to bang the girls and the girls are so used to it that if you dont act the same way as them they see you as stoosh and that you only think about yourself. Reason why i aint really fucking around here (well HIV here is also really high).

They are in new york, tell them to go look for a job and work, dont spend a penny with them. If they were in a poor country and you were to give them few changes sometimes, then i would understand, but they are in the states, they should be women enough to take care of themselves, so if i were you i would just continue on banging them and then leave them.

I concur with that fully. I have gone on a date with a few African lizards. One said she likes to be wined and dined, I made no comment since we are in North America and there is paper to be gotten by everyone.

I think we can ascertain that this is more cultural , than say, motive. Most African women, depend on the man for support, leadership, and direction. It is in direct contrast to the gold digging hagfish that you might meet in the Western hemisphere, so don't frown too much on it. There may be gold at the end of the rainbow if you know how to navigate with these whores.

It's the same in The Middle East w/ E. African chicks as well. The problem is American men over there are taking it to the extreme. Most dudes that date these chicks end up broke after a year and have to extend. It's a running joke. All this is gonna do is turn more of them into golddiggers.

Maybe this is true in New York, not sure about anywhere else in the country. I've dated African girls who lived in Atlanta, Baltimore, Philadelphia, and Washington DC, and all of these women were either working going to school full time while working and didn't need anything from anyone. Are you black? African men typically will spend all kinds of money on african girls they are interested in, that is where they get these expectations. As a white male, it doesn't seem like they expect any of this from me. In fact, in my experience African women are some of the most low maintenance women out there.

From what I've gathered in my observation of black gender dynamics(both among immigrants and African Americans), there is definitely a discrepancy in the nature of black male-black female relations and white male-black female relations. Black women treat each type of suitor differently, so your mileage will vary.

That's what I've seen, anyway. When it comes to black men, black women in the USA certainly don't qualify as "low maintenance" on average.

Every African chick I have dealt with has had rough sand paper like hands. Very annoying, but I digress….With regards to tricking, I find this to be the case with all FOB chicks regardless of nationality. Only 18-21 American chicks will bang a guy for months and not ask as much a Coca Cola.
